Hotel City Bell - Prague

ANYWHERE AROUND HERE IS BEAUTIFUL FOOD IN THE PUBS AROUND THIS HOTEL IS EXCELLENT. The Croatian restaurant just up the street a few buildings is excellent (A little expensive for Prague though)

We had a very nice time in City Bell hotel. It is not far from the center (just one station from Museum) and the surroudings are quite. On the place Miru, you have metro and tramways to all destinations. Everybody is nice and smiling. So, if we come back in Prague, we'll one more time book a room there.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at the City Bell Hotel. We found our room enormous after staying in tiny rooms in other countries. Although the hotel is situated on crossroads, our room on the second floor was very quiet. The breakfast included in the price was adequate, though the coffee was American style, not expresso. Just across the road is a local restaurant/pub, a lively atmosphere and the food okay. What we most appreciated about the hotel's location was the fact that a tram 22 stop is very near and that is the tram you can use for lots of sight-seeing.

The price dealt and the price debited on my credit card were different (25 € finally payed back after a long and hard complain). Pouting staff . Tasteless breakfast. However good situation in town in a quiet street and HUGE bedroom.

A really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff (The restaurant Grossetto was a hit). Big rooms with lots of space for a family of five people. The surroundings were just wunderful. we will be back in Prague, for sure.

I was disappointed by the size and the quality of my room. Although an adequate size, it was a lot less spacious than the information on the Venere website led me to believe. Because spaciousness was a major criterion for my choice, I found this highly disappointing. I was also disappointed by the lack of a restaurant in the hotel because the description on Venere listed a restauarant, and this was another important criterion for me. If breakfast is the only meal a hotel serves, it should not be described as having a restaurant. The quality also left a lot to be desired. The toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was cracked and blocked, one of the towel rails was almost off the wall and one of the shower fittings came away in my hand. Overall, quite disappointing and poor value for money. I would not return to this hotel.

Lovely stay, I doubt if we could beat the size of the rooms, lovely and peaceful, but in easy distance to transport or walking was fine. Also lovely restaurant on the next corner. Will definitely return and recommend to all who are going to visit Prague. Thanks.

We stayed in prague for 7 days, the hotel is located one metro station near the city center in a quite street. the staff was nice, helped us to get around the city. the free-internet service really helps to get more tourist info and contact home. the breakfast buffet was very nice and tasty(included un price). the room was very big and spaced, hot water in the shower every time. there are four pubs with a step from the hotel, and a short walking distance from namesti miru, the square of peace, with the beautiful st. ludmilla gothic church, metro, tram and bus stations, banks (where you can change money if you need) and restaurants (recommended - IMA Pizzeria, at jugoslavscka street, near the square)

Good relationship price/quality. We like the quite surroundings and the low price pubs on the area..;)

We stayed here two nights. Nice, spacious hotel located in a good and safe area just 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre. Eeasy access to public transport.
