Email liaison with the hotel reception regarding airport transfer arrangements were prompt and helpful. The pickup was smooth The room and toilet were spacious and clean, with nice furniture and design. The place had a rustic, homey feel, but was not old. There was sufficient heating in the room and toilet as well (we went in winter). Breakfast was superb, with great service! We were very satisfied

Rest in Prague very much was pleasant to us. The arrangement of hotel successfully, it is two steps away from Karlov Bridge. A reverse side - noise from crowds of tourists. Tourists all night long wander under windows rustle and sing songs. Take with itself jams in ears (in "compliment" from hotel they, unfortunately, are absent). The conditioner in hotel isn't present, therefore windows are open. Step-by-step availability to the most interesting places, affability of the personnel, the various and nourishing breakfasts, an interesting interior left the most light memoirs.

Room Details
Guests of the U Cerneho Orla Hotel can choose from various room types with very fitting and original names such as the Aristocratic Room, Royal Room or Imperial Room. Each is equipped with LCD satellite TV, DVD player, and ensuite bathroom. The reception provides complimentary bottled mineral water and fresh fruit upon arrival.The Aristocratic Room is perfect for two and is furnished in classic Oak pieces and lets out onto a view of the hotel atrium. Amenities are above standard including satellite TV, hair dryer, safe and more.
The Royal Room is similar in furnishings and amenities to the Aristocratic Room, but offers a bit more space and lets out onto a view of either the Mostecká Street or of the hotel atrium. Original ceiling paintings and massif furniture round out the décor. Some rooms feature minibars and others can accommodate a rollaway bed.
The Imperial Room is a spacious, air conditioned attic suite composed of 100 m2 of pure luxury. Furnished with a three piece leather sofa set in the lounge area, oak furnishings, a fully equipped kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge, dining table and of course a charming view of Petřín Hill, St. Nicholas Church, and other famous sights. The suite features a hi-fi system and cordless phone. The ensuite bathroom provides a bathtub.
