Hotel Cechie is located in a quiet part of Prague just few minutes away from the center. Renovated in 2002, Hotel Cechie offers 4-star accomodation in 74 air-conditioned guest rooms, restaurant with international cuisine and considerable range of sport facilities including outdoor and indoor golf (chip and putt, 36 outdoor driving range posts), outdoor and indoor tennis (total of 9 courts), squash, bowling, fitness & wellness facilities. Sauna and indoor pool are included in the price of the room as well as the buffet breakfast every morning.

We were traveling by car, so it was not problem for us, that the hotel was far from city center. But we really enjoyed plaiyng tennis (for extra payment of about 20-25$), sauna and swimming pool. The room was standart, but comfortable. Internet costs additional 15$ per day, but parking near the entrance was free. Probably, we will return there in a couple of months.

We were booking a double room, but were given a twin room upon arrival. The front desk staff gave us another double room, but it was relatively small. Even as hotel guest, you need to pay for using the garage. Even though the card in your room suggests that you deposit your valuables at the front desk. But if you want to deposit it there, you also need to pay for using the reception deposit for valuables. The front desk staff also suggested that it is not necessary to deposit... The barman was more interested in the tv program (not soccer match!) than helping the guests. For a four-star hotel, the facility is not really that good. There is no bathtub in the bathtub. People smoke in the hotel lobby. Very unrare these days... On the good side, the breakfast is very rich!

Although the hotel offers good services, the staff is not very friendly some of them speak poor English. Nice breakfast, but the lady from the breakfast room should be more pleasant and helpful! Nice executive rooms, the standard ones do not meet the 4* hotel standards!
How to reach Hotel Cechie Praha
By car
From Prague International Airport Ruzyne: start out on Evropska street in direction to the city center, turn right on the round crossing onto Svatovitska street, turn left on the main lights onto Milady Horakove street, continue on Milady Horakove (east direction) and turn right on the 10th lights crossing. Passing another lights, go directly through Hlavkuv most /bridge/ onto Wilsonova street, exit to Florenc onto Sokolovska street, pass by Florenc Bus Station (will be on the right) and continue heading on Sokolovska street 14 blocks. Turn right passing by tall building on your left, continue on Nekvasilova street and take first left onto U Sluncove street. You will see Hotel Cechie on the left.
By public transportation
From Prague International Airport Ruzyne: Stations of the two buses (119 and 100) that will take you to the underground and then to the centre are just in front of the Arrival Hall. Bus No 119 is most commonly used to get to the centre, as it goes to the metro station Dejvicka (green line A), from where it is possible to get to metro station Invalidovna (yellow line B). Hotel Cechie is located within 5 minutes walking distance from metro station Invalidovna. Without having to change metro lines there is a possibility to take bus no. 100 which takes you to the metro station Zlicin (yellow line B). From Zlicin it takes about 25 minutes to get to the hotel getting off on metro station Invalidovna.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
