hello! i was traveling that week in bratislava, karlovy vary, prague, wein and budapest but here was the best. you can park your car on the street for free, internet conection was by far the greatest, imense rooms, and for real you have 10 min to the city center. you have a pub near you entrance to the hotel where you can eat good, and the bus station it is about 100m. i think i'll go there in the new years eve.

I have trouble with the check out time because the reception only open from 9am to 4pm. It said that I can give the key to the driver but I also couldn't find the driver. In the end I was late to take the train because I need to wait until the reception is open and I need to take the next train which is 2 hours later.

This is the type of hotel you don't want to stay once you have passed your backpacking years. If you are On a budget and need to spend one night to crash on go for it. If you travel by car don't stay here! Our car was stolen in the street in front of the hotel!! Hotel has no parking and Prague is not safe for foreign cars. You probably read this on the guides...well, trust me IT IS TRUE!!

I have to tell, my stay at Artesse was the part I enjoyed the most of Prague, but of course there were positive and negative aspects. Positive: incredibly spacious and nice decorated apartment; nice and varied breakfast served at room 5 minutes after request; the same electronic key opens your apartment and the front door at the street. Negative: the apartment I stayed in was not properly prepared for my stay, so the electronic safe was left closed by the previous guests and Olga from the front desk got upset when I asked her to have it opened, afterwards I did not dare to tell her also the previous guests had left the satellite on and it went therefore locked, of course it needed to be unlocked from the front desk, so I simply turned it off and stayed away from the TV; the cooking corner has nothing to do with cooking but more of a serve-your-food-properly corner, it includes a nice cupboard with kitchenware, a sink and a fridge, but no microwave or space to put your own food in the fridge (there is a sign asking guests not to do so anyway); I found spiderwebs in the corners of the furniture and closets, as well as a big dead spider between the two glasses of the window; the elevator stops in every half-floor, that is not on the same level of the rooms, it remains half floor to carry your luggage up or down the stairs. It might sound crazy but even with all these negative aspects I felt at home whenever I entered the apartment so, even if Artesse has some details to work on, I would definitely go back.

On our arrival the hotel was overbooked. We were brought to Hotel "Gris" of the same owner. Good rooms, no parking place (we got a garage of another hotel for 11,- Eur/ day about 15 min. by feet), breakfast in a poor restaurant with unkind personal about 150 m from the hotel.

only one thing, if we have a little kitchen in the room, why are not able to use the freeze with our property things ? However, is a very recommended place. If we return to Praga, this is the place to come again ¡

Spacious suite. Breakfast delivered to the room and arrives a few minutes after requested. Warm rooms. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Plenty of storage. Kettle hire extra and no English channels on the TV. Tram line a few yards away. Very frequent and cheap form of travel. Three chinese restaurants within a stone's throw. Supermarket with off licence just around the corner. Would book again upon return to Prague - a lovely city to which I shall certainly return.

A good room for who want a cheap hotel near to the city center. It isn't a 5 stars but is spacious , clean and fairly equipped, in a word "recommended".The only defect is floors too "soft", just a children runnig upstair can cause a considerable noise. For other is all Ok.

Room was spacious but no facilities to make a cup of coffee (only a sink and fridge). Staff not friendly. My handbag had been stolen in the Old Town Square on the first morning with all my money, passport, glasses, etc. Staff not helpful and in fact charged me 17 Euros for the stolen room key!! Can't see a hotelier in Ireland doing this! Wont be back.

The Artesse was great. It was a proper apartment, for a price comparable of most hotels and some hostels! It was a large apartment with huge closet, kitchen angle, and the breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning was wonderful. The only bad thing is that our flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 1am, and it was closed and there was no emergency number posted so we had to stay in a hostel for the first night. Other than that, amazing place and great location.

Lovely little hotel. Excellent decoration and incredibly spatious suite: large living room with 2 beds, dining table and kitchinette, hall, bathroom, large bedroom with balcony and adjacent dressing room. Enormous breakfast served in your room. Even the mini bar was affordable. Good area, quieter side of the river but close to all amenities. Great city and great hotel.

I am very satisfied with the accomodation! When I come back to Prague I will try to get the same apartment. The hotel is located in a perfect area of Prague. Just a short walk from the most beautiful parts of Prague and still very calm surroundings. The appartment have all the convenience you could ask for. Super with breakfast at the room. Even if the check out time was already at 11 PM there was no problem to stay until 2 a clock AM. The only thing I can come up with as slightly negative was difficulties of finding the TV channels. There was a perfect refill of the bar and very comfortable beds. I have already recommended the hotel to friends and collegeus. I wish we had hotel like this in Sweden!

We didn´t stay at hotel Artesse because our flight was one hour delayed. So when we arrived at the hotel at 23.00, they didn´t let us in!!! We called the hotel and the same company had access to another hotel/appartement, "Bargo". So they paid a taxi and two hours too late we check in. Very bad that they didn´t wait for our plane to arrive before they left the hotel for the night!

Very good place for the price. Though there was a lot of noise during the night between 3 and 5 as people are coming back from clubing as the walls are incredibly thin and you can hear people talking in the next room, just buy some ear plugs. Apart from that it is a very nice place.
