TOP Hotel Ambassador-Zlata Husa - Prague

Very pleasant old fashioned and luxury hotel, very well situated in the center of Prague - very good breakfast (excepted coffee !) and congratulations for the lady preparing pancakes ("crepes") only one thing bad : the spring mattress - too soft- it has definitely to be changed

I used to stay at this hotel several times years ago and always enjoyed great service and excellent, excellent breakfast. I returned this Nov/Dec 2010 and found the same level of service and high quality breakfast! I certanly will be back next year.

Great place, near to the historical center of the city. Competent and friendly employees. A refresh of the painting in the rooms and public area is needed to remain at this star level.

This hotel is good as a price and a location.But one bad thing is that I can not use free refrigerator.Other support is fantastic.

The hotel has good location and service. But the wall of our room is so thin,that the sound of next room was heard clearly. The map of the location of the hotel is poor, so we had much difficulty to reach the hotel. But totally it is a good hotel.

Some major building works being carried out adjacent to the hotel at the minute (Summer '08) - work goes on 24hrs a day so some noise but generally tolerable. Excellent location right in the middle of the action!

I stayed in Hotel Ambassador a lot of times(I think seven or eight)....Hotel Ambassador in Praha is fantastic....In my opinion is the NUMBER ONE! This hotel is in a central and ideal position for visiting th beautiful town of Praha.... I recommend highly this wonderful hotel and this wonderful town! Greetings

We were provided with a fantastic suite at a very attractive rate compared to the standard ones. The only problem was the lack of space in the hotel's garage which obliged us to park far away at a cost of €150 for 3 nights.

Breakfast selection was lousy. lots of staff no service at table. Compendium display of prices for pedicure and manicure was half what was actual charge.

Excellent, specially breakfast is excellent. One problem is not easy to find the hotel after going up from metro.

O preço Venere era bem melhor que o publicado e foi respeitado, sem problemas. Nos deram duas opções de rooms, muito boas. Tivemos wellcome drinks para o bar, o restaurante e o Casino. A localização é ótima. O pessoal agendou excursões e providenciou informações sempre com muita gentileza. Adoramos! Recomendaremos, com certeza aos amigos que pretendem ir a Praga.

This is a very nice hotel and the service is special (in contrast to what a lot of people say about Prague). The scene on the Street in Wenceslas Square is not as nice as other locations but it is only 200 metres from the best and nicest parts of Prague.

LOBBY NOT NICE- VERY POOR -LIKE A 2 STAR HOTEL

The Hotel is excellent placed. The rooms are very nice; a little noise (you can hear people of the other room; not external noise); could be arranged with some special cover material for the walls. In general I can say the hotel is excellent.
