This was our first stay and hopefully won't be the last, it was wonderful. The welcome was perfect, it was 10pm but we were expected and greeted with a drink. mark on reception was so helpful, so much so he rang around to find us somewhere still serving food at 11pm. The suite was amazing and the bed the comfiest I have ever slept in. The only slight negative was the breakfast, although fine, didn't match the rest of the high standards the hotel offered.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in April 2012 and were very impressed with the facilities and the service of the staff. We were welcomed with champagne, a friendly smile and great information on the area. The room was awesome...exactly as we expected, perhaps even nicer than expected. The front desk staff were VERY helpful in making suggestions and reservations for us. While it is outside of Old Town, we found that to be a bonus. It's much less crowded and a very short walk to the Charles Bridge and all the sights beyond. We agreed that the hotel was a highlight of our 2 week tour of France and the CR.

Stayed three nights mid week with my wife as a tourist. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We got upgraded to a bigger room as it was not that busy (July). I can see why it's popular with celebs as it is a little secluded without being far from the action. Only negatives for me was that the hotel restaurant was overpriced, but with the same friendly service, and the breakfast was a little limited.

Stayed here over Christmas with 3 others in the penthouse suite which was very close to pictures. Gorgeous Hotel on the inside. Hotel staff was very friendly and even split the bill for us when we left. Only problem with this hotel is it is a bit of a walk (through a very nice part of town mind you) to the "action" of the main squares, which during the winter was an issue. Would definetly stay there again in the warmer months.

The location was perfect, and the room clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the very small shower, which would be a problem for a large person. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Excellent quality for the price.

My son and I visited Prague for the first time and I looked for several weeks on the web for the perfect place to stay. And then I found this fantastic residence Nosticova with different suites,we stayed in a suite for two, with delicate colours and furnitures which was so nice that we almost wouldn't leave the room.A separate kitchenette was indeed a big plus. We are for sure going back to Prague another time with friends, and this residence will be our home again.
