the bath tub was not very clean and the breackfest room was too small.

From Airport, I take Bus 119 to Dejvicka station after I take Metro A to Muzeum station, after tramway 11 to namesti bratri synku(5 stations). When I arrive to namesti bratri synku at 9.30 pm, it's raining, I prefer to take a Taxi to go to the Hotel, I know it wasn't very far, about 8 minutes by foot, the Taxi turn a lot of times around the hotel, the counter made 870 Tcheque Krone (I Thing that also the counter was trafficked), it's about 40 Euro (normally, this distance it is no more than 5 Euro), when I like to pay him, he pick my pocket and go away. It's raining, I don't have time to take his number. Please, if you are in Prague, don't take a Taxi, or before to go with Taxi take his number. Also, don't programme to arrive to this hotel in night. The price/quality is very good in this hotel. In the hall , they are two computers, Internet is free. The breakfast is very good. In the Television of this hotel, you found only Tcheque channels (no International channels). I suggested to this hotel to make some road sign from 'namesti bratri synku station'' to guide clients to the hotel.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.
