good place to stay, price/quality ratio very good. nonetheless, it's not the standard one would expect from a 4 star hotel.

We had a lovely stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our family room was in fact a living room and kitchenette with 2 bedrooms with a sliding window between them. It was very hot during the day (early August) and there was no AC but we were provided with a fan, which was sufficient for us. I imagine that there are very few nights in the year in which AC would be necessary. Lovely building, double windows so when closed it was very quiet. We had great breakfasts, nice selection of hot and cold foods and staff was attentive and kept them replenished. The wifi was out of service over the weekend which we did not mind but a business person might find inconvenient. Conveniently located on the periphery of the historic center, close to train and bus stations. All in all, a great place to stay.

Again this is another place that is not handicapped equipped even though it has a lift , you have to climb 10 steps and then 14 steps to get to the lift and then after getting to your floor you have to go down 10 steps to get to your room.

Good hotel, the staff is not particularly expansive, are not familiar with credit cards, I had to try 3 credit cards before I pay, because the can not accept my card, asked insistently pin also on the cards credit (on arrival I had to pay the amount of my stay, I thought they did so only hotels English). The hotel is located in a semi peripheral calm enough, but for those who want to walk to get to the city center in about 15 minutes. The breakfast is varied as regards the part salt, but poor as regards the sweet part. Overall it is a good structure.

We stayed 8 nights and everytime when we get back to the hotel, front lady served tea for us. They gave us some Christmas chocolate everyday . I never felt lonely at there. They prepared packed breakfast for my daughter( she had to leave early morning) everyday . Room was clean and nice decollation . Breakfast was fine, taste is nice . I'll definitely come back when I visit Prague . Good deal and nice staff.

Well located for sightseeing and shopping, unfortunately not so quite as between two mainroads. Breakfast was just continental, service could have paid more attention to missing stuff.

Very nice hotel, in a wonderful position. Our room was a mini-apartement, clean and quiet. The staff was nice but not very helpful; anyway we didn't have any problems. The only difference with the web pages was that the wi-fi coverage was absent in the rooms, while available in the lobby. The overall impression was very favourable and we would surely come back.

A clean, functional, hotel with lots of character. Themed rooms with interesting furniture. Very easy walking distance to the top of Wenceslas Square, and thus the Old town centre. Close to Museum underground but, with luggage, not an easy transition, lots of stairs and an uphill walk. Desk staff very good and their reccommended bars @ restaurants were spot on.

This was a great hotel. Clean, spacious and tidy. This was more of an appartment, than a hotel room. Cooking facilities were also available in the room. Location was good, close to metro.

Booked 2 rooms for a 3 night stay, 1 room was in the attic, totally unsuitable as a bedroom should be used as a storage room. Manager on duty was so rude, he suggested a room move for 1st night that would cost me E30 more and I would have to find my own alternative accom for next 2 nights. eventually we were all moved to 1 large room. staff were lovely but manger was awful.Would not recommend hotel because of his attitude.

Great location close to main train station. Hotel is secure and rooms are great. This place has history as well. We had 3 people traveling together. One room was the bedroom with large bed the other room was living room with kitchenette. This room had a sofa bed, which could have been more comfortable but was good enough for one night. As most hotels in big European centers, the lobby is above the ground floor. Hotel next door also looked nice with lobby at ground floor. We traveled with a person with a wheelchair, but this was for temporary use. There is a lift, but this is half a flight up from the lobby and the breakfast room is in the nice basement.

The room was very, very small for two persons; about 7m2 and not enough space for the clothes (a mini-"garderobe"). The staff was friendly and competent. The taxi-call via the staff was extra charge of 1 euro...

Fantastic Hotel just a couple of considerations: if you have infants with strolley there are too many stairs (lift doesn't cover entrance and middle floor); it could be useful having restaurant inside hotel (but there is the kitchen anyway in room...).

We had booked 2 of the Attic rooms but when we arrived, we were given 2 of the apartment rooms (much nicer). This was probably because we went out of season. These rooms were excellent and we didn't pay any more so our value for money was superb. Breakfast was also excellent. I can definitely recommend this hotel and it is literally 5 mins from the top of Wenceslas Square so excellent location too. Be aware that there are a couple of gays bars nearby, one being the bar opposite! If you turn right instead, there is a 24-hour bar next door which is great.

Location conveniently close to the metro but also to the urban highway (unfortunately). The photo of the supposedly Art Nouveau entrance of the hotel has nothing to do with reality. In fact, this hotel is an apartment building which has been renovated into an hotel. Our suite room (n° 5) was confortable and spacious, with a nice bathroom, but the suite room of the children (n° 12) was unstylishly furnished (the furniture seemed to be there because they did not know what to do with them). The room service is inexistant. We ordered a bottle of wine but the girl at the reception had completely forgotten about it and after a while I had to pick up myself the bottle ... and even ask for glasses. On the other hand, breakfast is nice and the service perfect and friendly.
