Akcent hotel - Prague

Great location, clean rooms, and nice view of Prague from certain rooms. Great value for money!

we stayed into a cold period of summer (july 2010) at the top floor. I think when it is hot the ventilation system will be overhelmed

Location: really good, near to Metro station "Andel", restaurants, bars and a shopping center. Breakfast: very good with enough options. Only the coffe was not so good. Room: we got a confortable and big room with excellent view of Prag, A/C and big bathroon. However, we have to complain about the quality of the towels and bed sheets, both were old, raw and torn.

This hotel offers excellent value. Location is excellent - the Andel subway stop is right at the front door, a big mall with a TESCO supermarket and food court is 3 blocks down and on the next street are many restaurants. If you are taking the Student Agency bus to Ceske Krumlov, the bus leaves at the bus depot on the front door. A caution - if you are visiting during July August, the room gets quite hot. The in room AC can barely do the job after things cool down after sunset.

This was in a great location in Prague's 'new town', which in my opinion is so much more interesting and real than all the built up, Americanized 'old town' areas that are lovely but full of the same old tourists and starbucks and do not let you mingle with the natives. We got to find a bunch of great neighborhood bars and restuarants and actaully meet locals. The area right around the hotel is a bus depot, nothing to look at, and don't accidentally wander into to casino area unless you are gambling or you will may yelled at by an employee. Our room (excecutive suite) was huge and simple, with a nice little patio to look out on the neighborhood from. I would recommend this no frills hotel for travellers that like to actually experience the real life of the town they are in.

Please, indicate the proper exit from metro station to location of the hotel. In case you don't chose the proper exit ... you don't find the hotel!!!

A great place to stay. The best relation between price and quality. In front the metro. So very at hand to relax a bit from the crowed tow. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast very complete. With sausages too! The staff helpfull. And the best I can say is that I will return next time I visit Prague!

A pesar de estar en un barrio feo, el metro esta a la puerta del hotel por lo que te mueves directamente al centro de la ciudad. Espacioso cuarto y limpio.

Thr aircondition was too weak to cool down the room. If it should have a chance, it should not be turned off every time You leave the room. Breakfast was excellent. Good Chinese restaurants nearby. TGI Fridays was good, but much too expensive. Remember to have coins if You want to buy travel passes at the metro station.

Venere aveva calcolato una spesa di 341€, poi in hotel ci hanno fatto pagare un equivalente di 346€, non è stato corretto!

muy buena ubicación (cercanía a los trenes), habitacion comoda y espaciosa, caja de seguridad en habitacion gratis, coneccion internet gratis en habitacion, muy buen desayuno y buena tambien la atencion en el front desk. lo unico negativo es que no cambiaron toallas en los tres dias que estuvimos.

Its a good place where to stay, close to Arden Praha metro.

Nice hotel, really near of metro Station, about 10m. Good rooms, even the floor of the bathroom was broken and we have some water on the floor. Excellent restaurant to have dinner. Very good prices and very good quality. The only negative was the surroundings, not recommended at night. But during the day, no problem.

This is a very nice hotel on a good location of the city. You are near the metro station and near the centre of the city. Do not expect a quiet environment because you are in the hart of a city. Nevertheless the room was quiet and we slept both very well. Bathroom is spacious and nicely made. The small lift to the hotel, which is on the top floor is very fast. Over all a pleasant stay and I recommended the hotel already to friends. Do not expect a excellent breakfast. It's good but sober.

Hotel perfecto a unos quince minutos del centro ese es el único pero y que esta al lado de una estación de autobús y por la noche hay muchos borrachos en la misma aunque no es un problema. las habitaciones son grandes y están completamente nuevas, caja fuerte con código y cerradura de puertas con tarjeta, el hotel esta muy bien.

(+) 1. Perfect location with metro and bus stations right in front of the hotel. 2. Sufficient room and shower space. 3. Secured parking nearby and not too expensive. 4. Good breakfast in quantity and variety. 5. Free internet access but you need to carry a cable with you. (-) 1. One of the staff members is not quite friendly. 2. The hotel is close to a express road. You can not have a quiet night if you keep the window open. 3. If you have aditional request, do not expect they can achieve it for you. I asked them to empty the refrigerator and fix the shower head but none was done during my 3-day stay. Overall I'm still quite content with the hotel. And I shall return again.

The room was very hot, and the air conditioning system was not adequate for a greenhouse-room!

Large confortable rooms, clean and light. A bit of noise from the street but none from the other rooms. The underground station just in front of the hotel door is fantastic!

Spacious and clean, modern hotel room. Shower fixture was broken at the wall so one had to hold the wand/head. However, the water was hot, easily set to a temp that stayed in place. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, as well as the more usual sausages, ham, breads, cereals and fruits. Location of metro in front of hotel made it especially useful, and fact that police station was in back, with police cars in front, made it seem very safe. Hotel room included safe. We asked about a laundromat and were told 2 blocks that way and a right turn. Not clear: we went the wrong 2 blocks!

Can recommanded this property!It was very reasonable to use venere(cheaper),one step(really 10 meters) to subway station,shops and pubs are close too ,helpful staff,rich breakfast,quite quiet place,need map to find it

Good location. Not noisy. Good price. Brekfast should be served 1/2 hour longer but it is good if your are on time.

It has been a very pleasant stay. The building has been recently renovated and our room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The staff has been helpful and the continental breakfast was overall good. I think that Hotel Akcent is a very good choice for your vacation in Prag.
