Hotel Villa Luisa - Pozzuoli, Naples

Il soggiorno nell'hotel Villa Luisa e' stato Ottimo,anche per l'ottima offerta di Venere. L'albergo inoltre offre il bellissimo Beauty center dove e' possibile effettuare Massaggi/sauna/bagno turco/piscina con idromassaggio. L'albergo e' molto bello. Lo consiglio. Ciao

Excellent facilities and super friendly service. Good convenient location. A little pricey for location in comparison with UK standards

L'Hotel è nuovissimo e ben tenuto (bellissimi i pavimenti in maioliche di vietri). Il servizio è ottimo, il personale cordiale e preparato. Le camere silenziose e molto confortevoli. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il buffet della piccola colazione ricco di prodotti freschi (in particolare la premuta di arance fresche). Una lieta sorpresa è stata scoprire che l'hotel è convenzionato con un bellissimo centro termale a pochi metri. Ritornerò sicuramente al Villa Luisa per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Napoli.

I was slightly mislead by the description. The hotel is in a relatively poor suburb of Naples, but has good rail and bus connections. There is no pool nor dining room. It is really a businessman`s hotel but comfortable and with kind and willing staff. Overall a comfortable stay with good free shuttle connection to associated hotel with the only good restaurant in the district.

Wellness-Area is very poor, Sauna is a one-person-chamber. The hotel itself is very nice, but the location is a little far away from Napoli and about 10 minutes from Pozzuoli. Nevertheless it was very easy to find, because they had put up signs from all directions.

Despite the fact that the hotel is advertised as a spa retreat, with a wide range of treatments and special facilites, there were no services offered on Sunday and very few on Saturday to speak of therefore negating the whole purpose of the trip to the area during the winter season! Furthermore there was no shuttle service back to the train station as advertised on the website to speak of, rather apparently the "service" offered, as explained by an incredibly rude front desk clerk, was a call to the taxi company, at the guest's expense (and an expense it was)! Finally the breakfast left much to be desired. It was hardly what one would call fresh (having been set out on Friday or possibly earlier?) and left there for the entire weekend or so it seemed. As for the overall experience, the restaurants were rather overpriced for the area and moreover for the time of year in what is definitely more a summer vacation spot.

I cannot belive they are rated as 4 stars hotel. The room, we stayed faced at their parking. There is no view from our room and it's so dark and noisey. We couldn't relax. One more problem is about a refrigelator. It controled by the room key. It means, if you are not at the room, it does not work.. uselsess.. Though Venere's price was 135EURO, their tariff on their door showed that room's price as 120EURO. They said, Venere's rate is usually much higher than their tariff. But I think, even if it's120 EURO , it's too expensive for that room!! I hope Venere's staff should check as Venere's customers never stay at like that worst room . Hotel staff's attitude were not so bad. Breakfast sounds average. The distance from public transportation is convinient.. Well, the hotel is not so bad, but that room's too bad for the price.

The Villa Luisa was excellent and I definitely aim to stay there again on my next trip to Italy.
