This was a nice hotel but difficult to find using the directions on the Venere website and quite far away from the city of Basano del Grappa (You would definately have to drive). They do not have a crib so we made a little pallet on the floor for our 2yr old and that worked fine. The breakfast was decent but nothing special. Next time I think that it would be nicer to stay closer to the center of Bassano del Grappa.

I stayed with a disabled friend and her 2 teenage sons. the rooms were fine and the bathrooms disable friendly. The hotel was only 2 minutes from Bassano but in a peaceful village. Above all, the staff were excellent, very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.

How to reach Hotel Miramonti

By car
From Milan: take highway A4, direction Venice and then the highway towards Vicenza. Exit at Valdastico and follow the indications to Bassano. Take exit Pove and turn right towards Pove centro and then immediately right again. After 20 metres, turn left and follow the indications to Hotel Miramonti for 1 km.
From Bologna: take highway A13 Bologna-Padova and exit at Padova Ovest. Continue on the SS47 in the Trento-Bassano direction for 40 minutes and follow the indications above.
From Trento: take the Valsugana SS47 in direction Venice and exit at Pove (after about 2 hours). Follow the indications above.
From Venice: follow the indications to Treviso. Continue on the Castellana road in the Castelfranco Veneto direction. From Castelfranco continue towards Bassano and then to Pove, for about 10 minutes. Follow the indications above.

By train
From Milan: take the Milano-Trieste line. Change line in Padua and continue with the Padova-Trento line. Get off at Bassano after 1 hour.
From Venice: take the Venezia-Trento line and get off at Bassano after 1 hour and 10 minutes.
From Trento: take the Trento-Venezia line and get off at Bassano after 2 hours.
