Beautiful property with gracious room and bath. The terrace was large, well landscaped with a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast area on the 4th floor had an awesome view and the set up and food were excellent. The staff was welcoming and very helpful in setting up our day plans and transportation. We took a day trip to Capri, and a day trip to Pompeii. Both were quite accessable. Wonderful place!

The room was excellant. It is very spacius and very clean. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. It is little bit far and difficult to find this hotel if you go to this hotel by Sita Bus. It took me an hour to find this hotel with the luggage. Also, you'd better consider the the breathtaking view and the distance to the beach is trade off. However, I will stay this hotel again if I have chance to go to positano again. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and matched description. Parking garage on site which was fantastic and convenient. This is one of the cleanest cities I've been to in Italy and I was very pleased with the overall experience.

Great place and great people. Everyone was friendly. I guess the only problem we had was getting there. If there were better direction coming via bus, that would be great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the 4th floor breaksfast & drink deck is gorgeous. The restaurants adjacent to the property were all winners: great views and good food! The staff took care of us from taking our car upon arrival and getting it parked to arranging for its return when we were leaving. We highly recommend staying here.

This Hotel is wonderful. Guisippina at the reception is a very nice and knowlagable lady. The only down is that this hotel can use a light dinner buffet and bar on the top terace at night. We plan to go back next year. As this was our honeymoon the staff was extremly nice but surprised as we are a same sex couple but react very professionaly and with respect and this is a plus for us.

Lovely place. A little pricey but very welcoming. The breakfast verandah has a great view. The room was beautiful with a fabulous view over Positano. Thoroughly recommended unless you HAVE to eat in your hotel, they are an Albergo i.e. no restaurant.

You should have seen our photos... The view from our 3rd floor suite has become my screen saver for pleasure and inspiration. Lovely breakfast on terrace. A steep hill down town requires normal walking fitness, choose between narrow road with some traffic or challenging stairs.

We had a memorable stay at this wonderful little hotel. The staff were very helpful, arranging for the car to be parked, booking the ferry to Capri and recommending good local restaurants. Our room on the third floor exceeded expectations with its two bathrooms and wide terrace with unbroken view of the sea. Lingering over breakfast on the roof terrace was a very special experience. We very much hope to be able to return.

This is a great hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious with wonderful bathrooms, the breakfast was delicious on a beautiful terrace and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Compared to the VERY expensive 5 star hotels, this is one terrific value. I would love to return.

Wife and I enjoyed a beautiful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Received all I had asked for upon arrival; flowers for the wife, btl of wine, and basket of flowers. They also arranged for a private car/driver for us from train station and return. Very romantic setting for the wife. Breakfast on the roof top overlooking the ocean was great as was the view from our room patio. We fell in love with the hotel, the staff, and Positano itself. Definitely plan on returning and would not hesitate to stay here again. A bit pricy on the hotel but then again, this is Positano.

Good hotel in good position and wonderful location (Positano and its surroundings!) but i don't agree the cost payed for parking my car in a private garage (€60 for 3days!) and the surcharge that They asked me for use Internet: the price we payed for stay in their hotel its not exactly cheap....Plus, they don't have a bar.

The Punta Regina Hotel is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. It scores an excellent all round for service and quality. The location was good with fantastic view across Positano. All the staff at this hotel were very professional yet friendly, keen to ensure that our stay was relaxing and our needs well catered for. We would definately recommend the Punta Regina and would return again.

As much as I loved the hotel, the location and its views from the spacious balcony of my room, the exceptional hotel staff made our stay even better. They were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful (they even found a doctor to come to the hotel in a half hour to care for my son). Our room was spacious and a wonderful view. I can't wait to return to this hotel.

The Punta Regina was beautiful and the staff extremely professional and freindly. We traveled throughout Italy for one month and this was the best place we stayed for the money and had the most professional and accomodating staff. Breakfast was excellent, our room was charming and the view outstanding. The recommended parking was convenient and our location was good. We would definately recommend the Punta Regina to anyone going to Positano. Staying there helped make our experience of Positano memorable for a lifetime.

We had an excellent stay at Punta Regina. Everything was first class especially the reception staff who were prepared to go out of their way to assist you. Tammy even managed to get the boat to Capri held up for us when the bus was late. Because she knew it was my birthday she went to this length to make sure it wasn't spoilt.

We spent two nights in a superior de luxe room. The room was very nice: there was lots of space, a marble bathroom with a jacuzzi and an ample terrace (even bigger than the room) to which you could have access either from your bathroom or from the bedroom. The staff was very helpful (they even gave us towels everyday for the beach). The only drawbacks is that some parts of the room were not completely clean (phone, areas near the bed...) and we had to climb up many steps to get back to our hotel every night. However, we had a very nice stay and will certainly return!

We found the quality of service very good...and the only thing which blighted our stay (slightly) was an invasion of ants into the bathroom. The staff dealt with this item very quickly. We thought that the hotel was very good....particularly the roof-top breakfast area....with such a great view. Just a shame that no restaurant at the hotel.....however the sister hotel where we got a 10% discount on our evening meal was excellent

The Punta Regina is a superb hotel. It is located the heart of Positano--a short walk from everything you want to do. The rooms are great, the bathrooms spacious and well appointed and the terrace is spectacular. The Punta Regina would be a 5-star hotel if it had a full service restaurant. The best part of the Punta Regina is the staff--especially Tamara. The staff is wonderful--welcoming, helpful and friendly. This was our favorite hotel in Italy--and we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Punta Regina. The rooms were spacious and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable... we slept very well. The hotel is small, which is great! It is 4-star quality at a price lower than other 4-star places in Positano, only because (I think) it doesn't have a pool or restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and the veranda where breakfast was served was breathtaking. Staff were very helpful with recommendations, directions, tours, etc. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was our final hotel on our honeymoon, and it turned out to be the best of the lot. It is amazing, and seems shocking that it is rated at 4*, this should be upped to a 5*. It is quite simply the best little hotel we've stayed in. The staff are great, its not far from the town, (5 mins walk - or 1 Euro internal Positano bus). Great service. However, if you want a room with a jacuzzi, make sure you ask for it in advance, as not all rooms have them - we did though and it was great!.. Enjoy, we were venere virgins before we went and ended up saving 50-60% of our hotel prices (compared with brochures). -Mr & Mrs Ed (Devon, UK)

Breakfast should be improved and discard nescafe replacing by natural quality cofee. Also offer better jogurt. The hotel has a great attendand. Her name is Tamara and is adding value to the hotel. Room I had is good but it needs other type of furniture that allow passenger to keep their closing. The actual furniture is not very ample as to a 7 days passenger stay. The computer should be changed for a more modern(morespeedy) and universal one. Apple is good but not so spread as the ones using windows. This is what I may say to colaborate to make the hotel much better than it is now-

We stayed at the hotel June 20 through June 23, 2003. We had a double superior room. The hotel is beautiful, even nicer than the description and photos on the web page suggest. The rennovation of the hotel still appeared fresh. The room was very large with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was also large and contained a tub with a rain shower. Beyond the bedroom curtains was an area that was still part of the room and contained floor to ceiling windows and the entry to the terrace. The terrace was exceptionally large and partially covered to provide refuge from the sun. The view from the terrace of the sea was very pretty and unobstructed. We recommend this hotel highly and will stay there again during our next trip to the Amalfi Coast. Absolutely wonderful!
