This hotel, completely renovated in March 2002, is fully air conditioned and the spacious and informal lobby area provides the perfect setting to meet and get together.
The Neptun hotel is connected through covered tube corridors to the other hotels and to the Terme & Wellness Spa, which offers a wide range of beauty, health and wellness treatments, making the property the ideal place for those are looking for relax and comfort. We stayed in a fine room at the 4th floor with great overview to the sea. Around the hotel are lot of blooming plants. The big bathroom was appreciated by my both Teenie-girls. The car-park is very close and you can reach the beach within a few minutes. Camp beds and umbrellas on the beach are expensive, but you can also lie on the lawn. Breakfast was ok, but for friends of biskuits and sweet things poor. All in all a good hotel with friendly staff. Portoroz is a very clean new tourist town with charming restaurants and good icecream. If you´d like an old village then absolutely visit 3 km remoted nice Piran. Wish you a nice holiday!

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 1 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.
