Hotel Solverde Spa & Wellness Center enjoys a perfect location beside the Granja beach, in Espinho, and has excellent amenities to offer the ideal conditions for leisure and business travelers alike.
Located 2 minutes away from the traditional city of Espinho, and only 15 minutes from the city of Porto, the property combines peace and tranquillity with culture and entertainment.
Among the services, guests will find a front desk open around the clock, 17 fully equipped meeting and conferece rooms with a capacity of up to 500 people, wellness centre with sauna, steam bath, solarium and massage services, a gym with aerobic lessons, squash and tennis courts, a garden, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, mini golf, a laundry service, a bar and a restaurant.
Note: the hotel's indoor swimming pool will be unavailable for use between 01 and 31 August, 2008. Furthermore, the hotel facade will undergo renovation between 02 June and 05 July, 2008 (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). The hotel apologizes for any inconvenice or disturbance this may cause guests.

The property features a complete wellness centre with sauna, solarium, steam bath and massage services.
A fully equipped gym, two indoor swimming pools and an outdoor one, all of them heated and with salt water, are also at guests disposal.
Note: renovation works are currently being undertaken in the hotel's health facility and are due for completion in May, 2007. The facility remains completely operational and accessible to guests during this period.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Baby cots are included in the price.
Use of the Wi-Fi Internet connection is included in the price.
Parking is included in the price.
Shuttle service to/from the airport is not included in the price and costs around €30,00 per car.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee
will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50% of all nights
will be charged.
Cancellation or no-show for 1 night stay, 100% will be
charged.
Please note that during August 2008 the indoor swimming pool
will be closed for renovation works. The outdoor swimming
pool will remain open.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
