The breakfast was OK but a litlle slow to add portion that are beginning to be empty

You have to ask for a non-smokers-room, if you want one - they put us in a smokers-room without asking. The rest was good, the breakfast abundant. We came back on the return of our trip.

This hotel is at the very heart of the city with easy connectivity. The rooms were very comforatble and the staff efficient. The facilities were good and the room clean. Very good value for money.

The relationship between service and price

The hotel was perfect looks like a 5stars one. 10 min walk to the metro station and the ride was only 10min to down town. Taxi in Portugal very cheap we paid 14 euro from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was very clean very luxurious the breakfast room was big, full with waiters and all hot and cold food. The receptionists were v. friendly and provide us with all information about tours… 5min walking from the hotel you will find a big mall with a supermarket....perfect place for a perfect price. All in all thumb up :)

Typical business type hotel with standard services. Good 25 min walk from the centre of town, would recommend getting a one day(andante) pass for the very efficient bus network. Don't bother paying extra for the breakfast, there are plenty of local cafes that will serve better.

Hi, I stayed in this hotel recently and i advice to go there as my experience has been very positive: the price is very good considering the quality. The room was large, silent, very clean and the staff was available and helpful. Also the breakfast was really nice. There was food for all kinds of taste. I really appreciated it all and would go there again if i had to go to Oporto.

Le camere sono veramente grandi, e, secondo me, l'unico difetto è che non è particolarmente vicino ai mezzi pubblici, soprattutto alla metropolitana.

L'albergo è come ce l'aspettavamo, confortevole come tutte le strutture moderne a tre stelle. Si trova nel tranquillo quartiere di Boavista, il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile anche se la fermata della metro non è proprio vicinissima.

Cet hôtel est trés agréable , l'accueil en français est un plus, il n'est pas trés loin du centre de porto (30mn à pied ) . Plusieurs commerces aux alentours ( marché et centre commerciaux ) le prix est raisonnable et le petit déjeuner trés complet à recommander

A good 15-25 minute walk from the centre of Porto. Clean, modern, corporate, good parking (make sure you reserve a space) surrounded by good shopping and food.

Nice enough place but the desk reception was a bit cold. the bar was pretty sterile too, with one exception - a very cool, interesting / ed bar tender. it was fine, but i think there is better for the money out there.

Very pleasant stay. Good breakfast and kind personnel. Hotel location is perfect as it is in a very modern and spacious section of the city center, which is mostly old and narrow.

It's a 3 star, that could be a 4 star. Rooms were very good.

Bello! Stanze pulite, personale alla reception perfettamente bilingue..al nostro arrivo c'erano dei lavori al'esterno (peraltro non udibili dalle stanze x i vetri insonorizzati) e per scusarsi ci hanno regalato due consumazioni al bar dell'hotel..meglio di così? decisamente consigliato a tutti!!! Inoltre è circondato di (ottimi) ristoranti... Awesome! Rooms clean, english-speaking employees..on our arrival, there were works to the streets outside the hotel..even if the sound-proof windows stopped the noise from outside, the staff gave us a coupon for two gratis drinks at the hotel's bar..totally awesome! highly reccommended to everyone!!! Moreover, there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby...(sorry for my bad english...)

It's my second stay there and I find that the hotel has got everything I need. It's in a good area, the staff is very helpful, it's modern, unpretentious and excelent value for money. What else could one want?

Tuela porto is 20-30 mins by bus from central porto, but as we wanted to drive out of town as well it was ideal. We stayed 5 nights. Do not drive in central porto it is under complete rebuilding work and solid traffic morn till night. Get a bus map & a multi travel ticket from the bus station near the hotel. Underground car parking was good, but the steep slope in and out was tricky ! Was a bit noisy first afternoon due to building work, but quiet after that. Tuela breakfast was ok and included in price. Price was €230 for 5 days for two of us in 3* so good value. Ipanema hotel (part of same group) is closer to bus stop and nice Gambramar restaurant but probably more cost as it is 4*. A good choice and i would return if revisiting porto.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Personal sehr freundlich - empfehlenswertes Hotel (angesichts der chaotischen Einbahnregelungen in Porto auch relativ einfach zu erreichen)

Although we arrived late at night the staff were very helpfull, we found our room to be very big, bathroom excellent, all superbly clean and no noise from traffic. The staff were exceptionally helpfull giving us advice on what to do and see in Porto, breakfast brilliant. Could not fault this hotel at all, would recommend it.

Good quality hotel in a pleasant area of the city. Direct Airport Bus stops outside hotel.

We were very happy with the service provided in this hotel. It was good value for money and a pleasant environment.

We enjoyed our stay of three nights.Our room was very good,breakfast excellent with wide choice of food.There is a shopping c entre ,including a supermarket,very close.If arriving in Porto by train,take the bus to Boavista terminal as it is very close to the Hotel.The nearest Metro station(Casa da Musica) is a long walk if you are towing cases.Would certainly stay there again.

Please indicate on the website that this hotel is on the aerobus circuit, this was a surprise to me and a very pleasant one - but it would help for customers to know this.

El hotel está situado en una zona comercial, cerca de Boavista, un poco alejado del centro pero accesible tanto a pie como en autobus urbano. en general, está bastante bien, aunque algunos elementos de las habitaciones son antiguos. lo peor es la poca consideración del hotel con los alojados. durante nuestra estancia, estaban realizando obras en alguno de los pisos y empezaban a taladrar las paredes y a dar golpes a las ocho y media de la mañana, lo que ha generado mucho inconvenientes a los huéspedes. a día de hoy, es posible que aún estén con esas obras, así que contad con un despertar poco agradable.
