Carlos was really helpful everytime I needed any help about Porto or about traveling around Porto. Overall I would say a definite value for money place. My stay was very comfortable.

Nice Hotel. 1km away from downtown but close to subway. The rooms are not very quiet but the whole staff is really very nice.

Negative points: when we arrived an other guest let us into the hotel because nobody was at the reception. We had to ring the bell a couple of times for about 20 minutes when one of the cleaner came to the desk and checked us in and gave the room key without any instructions (zero English language). Secondly, the all building was extremely noisy inside and outside as well. We heard when someone the next room was flushing the toilet, or the bell of the entrance during the night, walking up and down on stairs and shut the doors. Positive side is the all building is very clean, friendly and cosy. I gave higher points just because the high quality of cleanliness.

Husband and I on holiday. Nearest metro info would have been helpful but it was near metro and easy to get to town and sites.

Best value for money ever! Super friendly staff and extremely clean. Breakfast exceeded my expectations by far. Definitely going back!
