They have a very poor costumer service. The hotel is not at Porto city but in Nova Villa de Gaia wich is 30 minute far from Porto by bus. Metro line is not avaliable near the hotel. Brief: VERY POOR!

The Casa Branca Restaurant is almost an national institution. It opened in 1958 and is recognised as one of the top restaurants in Portugal. There is a huge collection of sculptures by the artists Teixeira Lopes, Soares dos Reis and António Claro to admire before settling down to delicious meal. You can try local specialities such as Trás-Os-Montes roasted veal, and many traditional desserts, including Leite Creme Queimado and Pão de Ló de Ovos Moles.
