It was one of our favorite stops in Oregon. We enjoyed our room, the staff was very pleasant and helped with directions, cell phone cord! The outdoor patio fire pits, courteous staff, good food, fun bar and restaurant. Overall, a great experience. Loved Portland.

Visited Portland for 4 days, dress for rain, of course. It also snowed in March! Loved the Orange scented toiletries and the furry comforter on the bed. No drawer space besides nightstand, though I managed. Free wi-fi, excellent coverage. Get front desk recommendations on dining, I got complimentary appetizers from the hotel when I asked them to arrange reservations. Didn't take advantage of the free 24-Hr. Fitness day pass, but will in the future!

Really enjoyed the hotel and everyone who worked there. Our only major complaint would be that our room was on the city side. For 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed, we were woken up at 3:30 in the morning to the horrific noise of the recycling and garbage trucks. It was not a great way to start your day. When we mentioned this at check out the hotel apologized but did not offer any compensation. (even removing the charge for the 2 local phone calls would have been appreciated).
