I ordered in advance a Babybed for my 1 year old son, than I did not become, but I had to pay extra 11€ for the baby as being a person more in the room. The rooms are so loud that could hear the man in the next room going on the toilet. TV is expensiv and little in Program; breakfast was out of a tin, exept the coffee it was not good. And at the end they forgot to give me back my passport( i was stupid I forgot to ask for it also) and they were too lasy to send it me back so they said didnt have it. So I payed a lot for only a very bad night and lots of trouble (Making a new Passport, I wounder what they will do with my stolen one???)

I think the bathroom needs some maintenance and renovation...

I had a twin bedded room with my mother as we were visiting relatives and just there for the weekend. We both found the service and the staff at the hotel excellent. It's not the first time that the family have used the Hotel and we will continue to use it in the future.

It was difficult for me to find this hotel witha GPS system. The adress seemed not to be correct. By chance somes panels were placed on the road outside Piacenza. Dominique

For us it was just a hotel for spending one night passing through to Rome. Maybe an possibillety for having a simple diner.

We made this reservation at the last minute and didn't take a lot of time to read through the particulars. We just needed a room. Finding the hotel was a bit of an adventure, but everything was fine from there on. The staff was knowledgable and courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was of good size and clean and welcoming. The view out the window was certainly nothing to write home about, but who cares? The staff made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant which was quite good. The breakfast in the morning was also better than expected and again, the staff was very accommodating. GREAT value. Strange little location, but easy access to the autostrado. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, but hard to find. We stopped many times asking for directions to the address. There are some signs in the city, but they do not mark the route to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. A good place to stay south of Milan.
