The room was really nice and comfortable but that's about all we liked. It's a large sprawling hotel with reception staff that make the ones in New York seem friendly. They were unpleasant, rude and somewhat aggressive. I think we dealt with 3 or 4 different people who all lacked charm or any kind of service ethic. This hotel is also quite far from the city centre but fine if you have a car.
