Equipment was not that good in the rooms: No self in the toilet for shampoo, soap toilet water and shaving staff, no hanger for the toilet paper, heating was not working. The were no private parking, while in the hotel description is was mentioned. Otherwise it was OK - nice rooms and good decorations in the rooms and in the public spaces.

Very well located hotel (50 meters from the main square), clean and with very friendly and helpful personnel. Fairly good quality breakfast in the bar alongside of the hotel (with internal passage to the bar). At check out time the receptionist spontaneously asked me to point out possible problems I've found during my stay(a smart behaviour by her, I appreciated it!): I just found some minor problems with devices in the brand-new bathroom, otherwise everything worked fine. Plzen is not a city with plenty of art and almost all the (not many) interesting things are in the center. So, to enjoy it a very central hotel is the best place to stay for leisure and Rous Hotel is really in the heart of the city. I think that also a business traveller should consider such a location. All in all, I surely recommend the hotel. Some notes about information contained on web site: 1) a map on web site would be welcomed: the outside of the hotel, sign included, is not conspicuous at all! Even if Zbrojnicka is a short street, at first I missed the hotel! 2) in the general service section of information text is written "Wireless Internet connection in the entire property" whereas in room services section is written "High speed Internet connection": it seems that only the latter is true, in my room there was a cabled internet connection but no Wi-Fi. 3) I found a free parking place in the street, just in front of the hotel, so I didn't tested the garage or other parking options
