The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach, and its very close to restaurants and bars. However, the receptionists were very rude. They demanded payment upon ARRIVAL (at 2am) and the next morning we realized the Air Conditioning was not working. We called reception from our room to ask about the A/C and we were told to come down to reception in 1 hour to get a controller. Once we went down to get the controller, we were asked for our room number. When they entered our room number in their system we were told the A/C does not work in the entire hotel (which obviously was a lie). The next day we met a lady at the hotel who had 3 rooms, all with A/C. So we returned to reception and again was told there was no A/C due to not enough power to run all the A/C units. I told him that a lady has 3 rooms with A/C and I demanded to speak to the manager. The manager was more friendly and was able to get us the A/C for our final night. He told us that Venere does not have a contract with their hotel to get rooms with A/C. Other than the A/C problem, the hotel was very loud at night. People are using the elevators all night and it rings very loud when it comes to a floor. If you stay here do not get a room near the elevator (and make sure your room has A/C before you pay!).

Para unos apartamentos que están tan bien la verdad es que el check-in, que además es la primera impresión, los hizo caer por los suelos. Ni un saludo, ni buenas tardes, nisiquiera pidieron los dni con amabilidad, ni nos explicaron donde estaba la habitacion ni los desearon buena estancia...todo se hizo muy lentamente, con mala gana y caras largas... Por suerte la habitación y la ubicación del apartahotel son excelentes y el servicio de una de las camareras de pisos a la que le pedimos una toalla extra también lo fue.

Decent place to stay, a bit old but very well taken care of. Very good price/quality relationship. Superb location, close to the beach and the shopping centres, bars and clubs.

We found the kitchen poorly equipped, no frying pan,nor tea pot, no egg cups, nor bottle opener and only one saucepan. Some of the staff at the reception desk only had limited knowledge of English.

Hotel very clean & modern, however very noisy due to bars & clubs opposite, apart from that had a great time. Great location for the young & lively
