Perfect location, quiet and clean, nice personnel. But invoiced price higher than the one of the reservation. Despite a confirmed pick-up at the airport received by e-mail, nobody was waiting for us. And we have been charged USD 40 for this group transfer from the airport (collectivo) despite the fact the agency representative gave only 400 pesos to the driver!

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
