How to reach Hotel Casa Ticul
By car
From the Cancun International Airport exit, turn right and take Highway 307 South for 32 miles toward Playa del Carmen. Turn left in Constituyentes Avenue and drive to 10th Av. Turn left on 10th Av. Drive north and make a right on 40th Street, then go right on 5th Av. The Hotel is situated half a block on your right.
By public transportation
Book your airport shuttle at the hotel website directly or take the RIVIERA MAYA bus to the Central Bus Station in downtown Playa del Carmen. Buses leave from the terminal every hour. From Central Bus Station, take a taxi to Hotel or walk north 18 blocks on 5TH Avenue.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
