For all reservations, the hotel will charge one night - this charge is non- refundable. For cancellations less than 7 days prior to check in or no shows a one night fee including taxes will be applied. In high season (23 december - 4 january) 2 nights will be charged. No children allowed on the property. Guests must be at least 16 years old.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

I have spent many of my winter vacations in Mexico over the last twenty five years, no one region specifically. The owners and staff at Casa Ticul are the best! When we left it felt like we where saying goodbye to "Family". They spend their time catering to you, making sure every detail is covered. Looking forward to returning.

A gorgeous little place! We loved it so much, we stayed an extra night(even though we had already paid for the other hotel!) Courtyard was great for security. Thanks so much!

How to reach Casa Ticul Hotel
By carFrom the Cancun International Airport exit, turn right and take Highway 307 South for 32 miles toward Playa del Carmen. Turn left in Constituyentes Avenue and drive to 10th Av. Turn left on 10th Av. Drive north and make a right on 40th Street, then go right on 5th Av. The Hotel is situated half a block on your right.
By public transportation
Book your airport shuttle at the hotel website directly or take the RIVIERA MAYA bus to the Central Bus Station in downtown Playa del Carmen. Buses leave from the terminal every hour. From Central Bus Station, take a taxi to Hotel or walk north 18 blocks on 5TH Avenue.
