The Hotel is ok. Bur there is one exception. This is the dining-hall. To get a table with cutlery and to get a coffee is not acceptable. And the employees are always overstrained.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CANCELLATION POLICY
