From Thursday through Sunday (4 days)traveling with a co-worker. Hotel was a bit old but confortable and big, good location,breakfast was great, staff was a bit incompetent, they did charge me when I first check in and then when I was leaving they told me they don't have records of me paying (issue was fixed)... my husband called me from the US and gave my name & last name but they told him they needed a room number! and they didn't connect him and no message was left for me (and I even had asked them)the key for the room was working on and off and when I went to the front desk they told me another person was in registered in that room....

Very clean hotel and rooms. Service personnel cleaned the room and changed the sheets daily. Horrible elevators: poor software solution and door sensors (doors kept opening for no reason). Plenty of food and various courses to choose from, however, pretty low quality. They could improve the quality of the cooking, of the cold foods (salamies, etc.) and juices (horrible synthetic juices). Beautiful evening programs. Nice programs for children, too. The personnel was very helpful and courteous. Thank you ! Overall: Good impression with some lows - We would come back again.

Very nice location, just few steps away from the ocean, but the Veronica's area, where u can find pubs it's too close which make your sleep very hard to get. Very good breakfast!
