My wife and I travelled together. On arriving at the hotel which I booked 3 weeks before. They could not find our booking, and we think that they just told us to wait until they could find one. We booked a double room, and ended up with a twin room. The room was clean, but needed painting, and new doors everywhere. The outside area was also in need of some painting and cleaning up around the pool area. The staff in the restaurant area were very helpful and made us very welcome. I would not recommend this hotel to any of our friends, in the state that it is in at present. I don't want this displayed online, as it would frighten customers away. Kind regards. How to reach Hotel Villa Luz

By car
The highways A-3 (Valencia-Madrid), A-23 (Valencia-Zaragoza) and A-31 (Alicante-Madrid) connect Gandía with the rest of the country. Alternatively, you can take the highway A-7 (Autopista del Mediterráneo).
The N-332 road crosses the coast towns of Valencia, connecting Alicante, Gandía and Valencia.

Direct train connections to Gandía, Alicante and Valencia are available.

By ship
The nearest harbours are located in Valencia, Denia and Alicante, offering direct connections with Ibiza, Formentera, Palma de Mallorca, Tabarca and Orán (Argelia).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
