The Hotel was really relaxing , and the grounds beautiful. Our room was spacious and very clean. Hotel staff havent yet grasped customer services yet some of them thought they were doing you a favor. The breakfast had everything you could want and was open untill 10.30 each morning which is great no rush. I think the pool gate should be open a little later at night as from the main entrance it took quite a long time to get to the town.the entertainment in the evening was very good in both bars. and the evening resturant was quite good for the price they charged. over all I would go back again.

we have been to this hotel 9 times since 2000, so were well aware of the facilities etc. It has probably the best location in Playa Blanca as it is within easy walking distance of the town ad harbour (Unlike many newer hotels)

We toured 5 islands of the Canaries and stayed in 8 hotels total ranging from Paradors to mass tourist hotels. Lanzarote Princess was a fine hotel for our purposes. Breakfast was great if we arrived before more or less everyone else, otherwise somewhat chaotic. Orange juice and coffee could do to be improved though.

Rooms need refurbishment -- very dated in terms of decor, layout,etc. Good value for the price. Prepared to pay more for better quality rooms/restaurants. Princees Timafaya would be more attractive to us in terms of overall offering although I didn't see the bedrooms.

The property features two restaurants: the main buffet restaurant, available for breakfast and dinner, and the La Choza restaurant, located nearby the swimming pool and serving an à la carte menu.

On-site, you will also find three cosy bars: the Piano Bar, the Papagayo Bar (open from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.) and the pool bar Coco Loco (open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
