Well, the room was not so clean. Totally the stay was fine and if I have to come back I'll give one more chance. The breakfast was very nice, but we saw a waiter only at the end of the brekfast. Guest were alone in the restaurant.

Everthing excellent. However, I expected the restaurant open, it was closed. Ihave to take the car to go downtown for dinner.

Really high quality hotel with very good restaurant. Excellent staff who were very helpful. Overall would highly recommend it. You do need a car to get to and from Pistoia central though and could do with instructions that are clearer in terms of how to reach the hotel as it took us some time to find it as we were not coming from the direction they gave

How to reach Hotel Villa Cappugi

By car
From the motorway A11 (Firenze mare) exit at Pistoia. After the tollbooth, go towards Modena. Go straight on to the exit Viale Europa-Stadio. Pass the first and second traffic light as far as the crossing with Via Colle Gigliato. At the crossing, you will see the Carabinieri station opposite. Turn left and go on for about 200 metres. The hotel Villa Cappugi is on your left.
