Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and they reserved a spot in a local garage for me at just 5 euros/day. Excellent location.

This was the first time in Pistoia and I stayed only one night at Leon Bianco. My impression was very good. The rooms and furniture are perhaps a little old, but I would stay there again if I returned to Pistoia

From having read earlier reviews I was expecting reliable basic accommodation. In fact it is better than that. Excllent value for money and nice friendly hotel staff. It was also quieter than reviews had led me to expect (but my visit was a March weekend, and maybe summer is more lively). Brilliant central location in the town. Fantastic historic city to visit for a weekend - its splendid Pisan Romanesque churches mercifully free of Baroque vandalism! Great food(reasonably priced) at La Bottegaia, which is in Osterie D'Italia. Not surprisingly it fills up, so advise pre-booking to be sure.

Very well located, kind staff at reception, poor common space. Old bathroom, but clean. Room clean but furniture rather poor. Breakfast sufficient. Good restaurant suggested: Trattoria dell'Orso. Very good value for money.

Clean room, good service. Very close to center of town. Breakfeast was okay to good. If you look for a comparable cheap hotel I would certainly recommend it. When you look for something more fancy with nicely decorated rooms look somewhere else.

Just stayed in a single room for a couple of nights. Everything as expected - no complaint at all, especially for the price. The mark for quietness is lower than for other criteria, but only because this is a city-centre hotel. If one wanted silence, a central location would not be the first choice. As it was, the only noise was the usual ambience for a lively city centre. Other than that minor point, absolutely no negative at all.

Hotel is in great location. The rooms need an update. The staff was extremely friendly and exceptionally accomodating. Has good breakfast. The price does not match the quality of the room.

The nicest thing about this hotel was the lovely girl who met us at the front desk and seemed to be there at all times. She was sweet and very helpful. Pistoia was very interesting. The rooms were plain, but very neat and clean. Breakfast was pleasant (with great coffee).

A very pleasant and welcoming hotel, an excellent restaurant next door, a good cafe/gelateria two doors up on the corner of Via Cavour, in the centre of the historic district, 15 minutes walk from the railway/bus stations; no problem in recommending.

This hotel is the epitome of what I would expect of a nice clean medium sized Italian town, very quaint, staff was hospitable but arrive during daylight hours so you can get assistance finding the Hotel if you are unfamiliar with Pistoia. Hotel is located down a very small out of the way ally.
