Hotel Villa Kinzica - Pisa

The situation of the hotel is its best quality, a few metres from Pisa's Tower. The rooms are correct and clean; very good bed. Breakfast is rather poor. You can hear every noise from the street, but (to my surprise) it got quiet at about 22,30 and we could sleep well.

The Hotel was ideally situated for the Leaning Tower. It was very tired though and the rooms pokey and the bathroom miniscule. The receptionist was quite welcoming but the lady in the breakfast room very scary. The breakfast was very basic indeed but at least the coffee was hot.

The perfect place to stay in Pisa!

I got to stay there just one night, but i would gladly recommend this hotel! The location is perfect, near Piazza dei Miracoli, easily reachable from the station with bus (LAM rossa & bus n°4). Rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was organized, kind and helpful! Breakfast was good!

The Hotel was very nice, the emloyees were very friendly, the location is great! But: the breakfast was tiny!

Bedroom furniture shabby, naked light bulb in light fitting, room smelt of smoke. communal areas carpets worn. I commented about the smell of smoke but was told that if guests smoke in their room it is difficult to check and to prevent. I was very disappointed and was glad that I had only booked for one night. A shame as the location was great.

No heating in the room and no blanket on the bed...

Stayed 1 night early Oct 2009 on way to Pisa. Standard hotel but great location 2 mins walk from the Leaning Tower. Paid EUR 95 for a double so not a bargain but no problems. Would recommend.

The view from my window was the Leaning Tower 150 meters away.

El cuarto era cómodo pero antiguo. Su ubicación era muy cerca de la Torre. Las camas no eran cómodas.El desayuno fue bueno.

Excelent location , just behind the Pisa tower, but UNFORTUNATELY , I forgot my camera at the breakfast room area and when I returned (10 min after)to look for it, nobody at the Hotel came to my aid giving me the inpression that they could not care less about my camera...and, of course, I did not find my camera... :(

The hotel is very close to the tower and the dome, and everything else is within walking distance. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is an extended continental and quite ok. We would definitely stay there again. Just make sure that you get a room with a renovated bathroom. If you want a really good pizza, go to Pizzeria da Manolo. Walk down Via Santa Maria to Via l'Arancio. Don't stop at the tourist traps near the tower. At Monolo's you can sit on the terrace, you'll get a very good pizza and excellent service.
