We used a double room oriented to the street. The building is old but the conservation state is good. The room was spacious, espcially compared with what is standard in Italy. The queen size bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and full of light. The shower worked perfectly and with good water preasure and temperature all times. I recommend this hotel strongly for a short visit to Pisa. It is very well connected to the historical sites by bus. Bus stop in nearby train station.

The hotel was clean and neatly presented, but very much stuck some time in the 1980's in terms of decor, The area as one might expect being so close to the train station was not the most salubrious, It was however only a 20 minute walk to the leaning tower and about ten minutes to the centre of the city but it would appear so are most of the hotels in Pisa.

Nice room (one double, two single beds --> have been four adults). Air con in the room, bathroom enough space. Receptionist very welcoming and helpful. Unfortuantely there is no free parking outside and no hotel owned garage. So you have to pay until 8pm. From 8pm to 7 or 8am it is free. Good restaurants nearby. The breakfast has a good choice. We would come again.

We had spacious triple room including small hallway, two opposite windows pointing to the inner court, so no wiews. Room was absolutely silent except AC humming gently. Beds were good. WIFI chargeable, (I didn't use). No info-book or writingpapers/pen in room, maybe normal in Italy? Surroundins not so untidy than expected. Breakfast slightly under par.

Exactly what we wanted (family group of 7 ladies), close to the train station and a good nights sleep. Perfect for catching the train to/from Cinque Terre. Not a tourist area and a long walk through the city to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Desk staff were efficient.

Location good for proximity to station & airport. Clean and fresh smelling accommodation but surrounds outside not so good - but OK for an overnight stay. Convenient for walking into town. Breakfast basic but staff pleasant, although front desk could be more welcoming.

We stayed only one night at Terminus & Plaza after late arrival, so it offered good value for money and the location to the train station was perfect for our early start the next morning. The surrounding area offered a few tavernas for a decent meal at nearly 10pm but there didn't seem much else around. We walked easily to the leaning tower in about 20min (to walk off our late pasta dinner) and felt quite safe. The rooms were clean and comfy but a little noisy from people moving about the hall. **Beware the cafe on the left, one block north from the front of the train station main entrance, (at a small roundabout). Nearly €3 for a croissant and €5 per cappucino was not the ideal start to our morning and certainly the most expensive coffee in Italy!**

Stayed in 4 bedded room with bathroom. Adequate for our needs, near the station (we actually walked from the airport, it only takes about 20 mins and is straight forward, though we did have a satnav). Room was not big, but okay for one night.

We got in late and left early so don't have much to say. Probably wouldn't stay here for a prolonged stay in Pisa. Surroundings were not very good but it was close to the train station (within two blocks) and the airport was about a kilometer away. The room had a funny smell and the carpet needed a thorough cleaning but the rest of the room was fine.

The hotel is good but the room was too small, we could not drag the suitcase from the door to the opposite wall, we had to put it on the bed first to be able to pass the bed. The brackfast was not included in the price, but for the same price we had the breakfast included in all other hotels were we stayed during our trip. The hotel is very conveniently located in close proximity to the train station and it has the elevator. Walking distance to the city center. I would recomment to stay in this hotel.

It is an excellent hotel for transiting trough Pisa. It is close to station and to bus lines to the airport and other parts of Pisa. The city centre with monuments shops and restaurants is a short walk. The area is quiet at night despite the fact that is next to the station with some shops and cafes. The hotel's rooms are simple but clean. Our quadruple bed room was large with proper, comfortable beds. There is double glazing and air conditioning. The receptionist are professional and helpful. This is not an hotel with charme but it is comfortable and good value for money.

We needed an hotel close to the airport able to put 4 of us up for a reasonable price. This hotel did exactly that. We only stayed one night in the Hotel Terminus and Plaza, arriving by Taxi from the Airport around 8pm, dropping our bags off and going out to find something to eat. It was easy to find, close to several restaurants, and a short, easy walk to the station when we left the following morning. Lots of choice at breakfast, and we were able to leave our bags while we went in. search of the Tower without a fuss. All in all, it suited our purpose perfectly

I was travelling with my friends and booked 1 triple room, and 1 double. The surroundng area is pretty poor, as it is our 1st time there. The area is run down, packed with a lot of homeless people. We just didn't feel safe living there. The room is ok but the toilet is small and a little smelly. But hey, is a budget hotel so.... The reason we chose there, is the convenience to the airport in Pisa by ryanair. Only 5 mins on train to the airport. The staff in the hotel was ok with me as i was a girl but with my male friend, the staff was pretty rude to him. He was saying something in italien which sounds a bit like insults, whenever he asked him something. Well, i don't think i would recommend this hotel o couples or family. Perhaps student on budget holiday ?/??

The main plus point of this hotel was its close proximity to the main Pisa Centrale rail station, which is a matter of about 250m away. The main downside is that the surrounding area is run-down and poorly lit, making it less than welcoming at night. Pisa's centre is relatively small, so this hotel is ideal if spending a single day's sightseeing with an overnight stay before moving on elsewhere, as it is within a short bus or taxi ride to the main sights. For a longer stay a more centrally-placed hotel may suit better, as the Arno is about 10-15 mins walk and the Campo dei Miracoli more like 30-40 mins minimum. The receptionist was very helpful (and witty to boot), and the breakfast was the broadest & best range we had in 3 different hotels in our visit to Tuscany, served on a long buffet table in a bright, airy dining room, probably the best feature of our stay - the bedroom was slightly smaller than expected, although the bathroom was a reasonable size, and both were clean & adequately equipped, although the mini-bar fridge was noisy and our 'view' was of a limited light-well down the centre of the building. I would consider using this hotel again, but only as a stopover rather than for a longer stay. I would also mention that the front entrance has steep steps that may be a challenge for disabled or elderly visitors, although the hotel may have an alternative entrance that we did not see at the time we arrived in the evening.

We chose this hotel as our flight arrived late and we were travelling on by train the next day. We arrived late at night & after a short taxi ride (8 euro) we arrived at the hotel. Check in was swift & the gentleman at reception was helpful at directing us to find something to eat at such a late hour. Room was somewhat dated but clean with a very comfortable bed. Lots of variety for breakfast but mostly sweet things which we are not used to. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we spent the morning looking around Pisa, before moving on. Hotel is a 5 min walk from the main train station. A 10 min walk to main shopping street and a further 10 - 15 mins to the leaning tower.

THe hotel was a good bargain for the price and was clean and relatively quiet. The central location (very near the train station) was convenient for my purposes, because I was using the hotel as a pied a terre to visit other towns and was not touring Pisa though there are buses for the tower not far from there. It is not a glamorous part of town, but train stations never are. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and was included in the price of the room. THere was a refrigerator in the room which is always a plus in summer. The bathrooms were lovely. I had no complaints about the hotel and would recommend it to anyone. And I have stayed in other hotels in Pisa and they are not this nice nor is the staff this nice. And they let me use the htoel in the lobby for free which I appreciate. And the prices are higher for no reason in the other hotels.

Excellent hotel to stay in Pisa, it has no luxory but it has a perfect location, it is near the train station, and also very near from airport by bus. You can also get to the Pisa tower by bus very easy, or even doing a walk to get there =20 min walk= Very clean and the towels size are now great, as long as a person could be. The room for 4 people is not to big but its enough to a good rest.

The Hotel was superb. Less than 5 mins walk from the train station. First impressions were surprise at the quality for the price (Pleasantly surprised) The walk to the Duomo & Tower was around 30 mins easy stroll. I managed it in little under 20 mins on the afternoon of arrival. We would suggest walking more towards the centre to eat as the area around the hotel left a lot to be desired. We had a wonderful evening meal within the vicinity of the Duomo. And a very disappointing one near the hotel. We used the hotel as a convenient for the airport last couple of nights following a holiday in Florence. Taxi to the airport was 5 mins. All in all an excellent choice. We would stay here again.

We stayed overnight on a stopover as our plane arrived in Pisa. It was convenient to the airport and there was no problem with a late check-in. The family room was as described, very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of food and even a small offering of gluten- free food which was clearly labelled. I found the man on the reception desk very helpful the next day with directions and he allowed to leave our bags as we did some sightseeing. I would stay here again if I was visiting Pisa.

The fridge in the room was a bit noisy. Also, pay attention when using drinks from the fridge. We used one bottle of water, and the day after the room service checked it twice (without replacing the missing one) and again the following day it was checked still as missing (without replacing). So we were charged 3 bottles instead of 1. Luckily the employee at the reception after having already completed the transaction and discussing the event let us go with 2 bottles of water.

The Terminus & Plaza was a very good value stay for a triple room with a decent breakfast. Hotel staff were friendly - they usually are if you try a few words of the local language. Location is excellent for ease of access to trains, and local buses to the city and airport and some excellent restaurants. However, the streets around the hotel are not the most attractive and some people may find them a bit rundown.

The Hotel Terminus & Plaza was within a short walking distance of the railway station, so was excellent for links to Lucca, Florence and Pisa Airport. A very good value hotel in a central location for the railway station for touring outside Pisa yet close enough to walk "up" into the main areas of Pisa. Only small comment was the fact that our window wasn't strong enough to cope with the noise of the air conditioners outside. Talking of noise, why is it that other residents don't know how to keep quiet in the early hours of the morning?

Hotel Terminus & Plaza was very good for our purpose. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The situation very near railway station was good and also the bus stop to the airport was easy to find and use and very close to the hotel. Also the main sights of the town were easily to reach by walking. The rooms were silent (no traffic noise). Breakfast was also good, only cold cuts were missing. The staff was very polite and helpful and had good knowledge in English. If I try to find something negative, it was the fitted carpet in the room. I can really recommend Hotel Terminus & Plaza for your stay in Pisa!!

This is a good place to stay for one-two days. The hotel is reasonably good for a reasonable price. However, we were not impressed with the room, which was OK but was not in its best shape. The bed itself was very good though. Very convenient location close to the railway station, and 15min from airport by bus (only 0.95 eur/one way). The area around is so so, maybe, not a good idea to go out at the night. Reception is open 24h a day and was quite helpful. Very convenient if you want to come at the evening, go to the Piazza di Miracoli in the morning (25 min/one way), and leave at the afternoon. Breakfast was OK. Lots of sweets (not home backed), croissants, no ham, no eggs, but there was some paste. The coffee machine needs some experience to work with (had an accident), better to directly ask for a cup of coffee.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful apart from the waitress in the breakfast room who was very abrupt and not at all helpful. Having said that the breakfast itself was very good. The tower was about 20 minutes walk away but the bus stop from the airport was 5 minutes walk away. There was an excellent restaurant just across the road. It was also relatively to park the car just outside the hotel. It was a very good base to visit other nearby cities such as Florence, Lucca etc.

El hotel esta arreglado y limpio, y es muy sencillo llegar desde el aeropuerto de Pisa. Además de estar al lado de la estación de tren. Lo único es que el precio es elevado para tratarse de una ciudad tan pequeña

This place was ok. I thought that the hotel was a bit expensive for what I got but that's compared to British prices. There was a slight odor in the bathroom but not too bad. The place is very close to the train/bus station. Staff spoke fairly good English and were helpful.

The hotel is well located in city centre, within 2 minutes walk of the Pisa Centrale train station. The surrounding area is slighlty dodgy especially at night, I would not want to hang out around it for sure. Rooms are ok, not the biggest but comfortable enough. Decor is a bit outdated and looks like in need of renovation One good thing: air conditioning works (very well)and is quiet! Hotel reception staff ok , helped us book taxi to airport for 4.30am as our flight was at 6.30am We were woken up by a loud chatting/ laughing noises in the middle of the night (at about 1 am). My partner literally had to go out of our room and tell the people who were drunk and hanging out in the corridor to keep quiet. After that it was fine but we only had 3 hours of sleep cause we had to wake up at 4am for our flight Would recommend this hotel for 1 night stay plus it is cheap and has a good location, but if you are planning a long stay in Pisa/ using it as a base for travel please look for something better (and there are definitely ones available)

Very nice budget hotel about a 20 minute walk from the main places of interest and 5 minutes from the railway station. Our room was clean with good sized bathroom and was more than adequate for a 1 night stay. The only downside maybe was the breakfast which was mostly pre-packed and not very inspiring. That was only a minor niggle though. Over all the hotel was fine for our needs.

Very nice hotel close to the railway station and within walking distance of the leaning tower. A huge choice for breakfast.

The hotel is located on a relatively quiet side street. Not in the best neighborhood and not really centrally-located. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower. It is very close to the train station. This may explain the sketchy characters that can be found walking the streets in the area. Inside the hotel it is quiet, clean, and (most importantly, for summer travelers) COOL. We rushed back to the hotel just to enjoy the AC in the afternoon.

I just loved the area in which the hotel was situated (no gardens or anything like that), narrow streets, full of character - only about 20-mins walk from Pisa's leaning tower/ cathedral - with a real hotch-potch of local residents, i.e. african (a woman in colourful traditional dress carrying her shopping on her head - no hands - walking down the street and very cheery), chinese, indian, etc. Although our 1st stay, would go again and would recommend it.

First stay at the Terminus. It really is a two minute walk from the railway station and provides exactly what we hoped it would do which wasa comfortable stay for a reasonable price. When we went out early in the evening I had a few reservations about the area, not least because railway station locations aren't always great at night, but in fact all was quiet and felt safe when we returned later on.

Hotel is perfect for the station and bus stops for Pisa airport but rather a walk to the main sites of Pisa though the walk is interesting. Hotel staff were not friendly or particularly helpful but room was very nice and breakfast good.

We stayed for one night as our flight from Dublin got in at midnight, it was a short trip from the airport by taxi and we walked to the train station in the morning as it was so close. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was very good

My wife and I have stayed here before, so we knew what to expect. The hotel is ideally situated for the station (which is what we wanted), but this time we noticed more noise in our room than last time, although we were on a lower floor this time. We both considered the breakfast to be more than adequate, and it set us up for the day. The carpet in the room was in need of a good clean, and the decor was a bit tired, but otherwise the hotel provided a reasonably-priced four night stay. There is a lot more to Pisa than the tower, there are a million places to get excellent, reasonably priced food, and there are lots of places to see in the surrounding area. We'll definitely go back again.

One of our nicest accommodations. We were an adult and 2 teenagers. We got a corner suite with private entrance to 2 separate rooms with a shared both. Hotel was clean, modern, close to train station and downtown. Inexpensive internet access in lobby was a plus. Breakfast was only fair, but adequate.
