We have had a double room connected with doors, the children slept in one an I with my wife in another one. The hotel was clean, nice, with rich breakfast. The hotel ist not situated in a centre, but with a car it takes only a few minutes.

Was greeted on arrival in a non plus way. When asked for directions to town centre, answer from reception was ' do you not have a sat nav ' Then when I replied no the answer was short & swift ' follow the airport signs ' Bar staff were very unfriendly when a drink was aked for. Definitely a take it or leave it attitude. Staff at breakfast had similar attitude. Totally looked fed up. The same disinterested attitude existed throughout including checking out. The cleanliness of the rooms we had no problems with, other than the smell from the toilet drains. There has to be a problem with the drainage. The fan in the bathroom was not working although I am doubtful if that would have made a difference any way. The drainage system seems overloaded. The location of the hotel was very convenient for the airport, but there is definitely nothing else around the hotel you could walk to, to pass the time with only 1 outside restaurant available as an alternative to the hotel one. Would we go back to this hotel again. Highly unlikely.

The hotel was used for a one night base to allow us to visit Pisa on the Saturday and then go to Lucca for the Sunday before heading back to Milan. We had two adjoining double rooms which the kids thought was fab(10 & 8 yrs). As we had a car we were not concerned about the location as we stayed in Pisa centro to eat but it was easy to find after dark (without a sat nav). Breakfast was good but they did seem to run short on some things and wasn't being restocked. On the whole everying that we wanted out of the hotel. No complaints from us.

A very stylish hotel, a bit out of the way but easily accessible by public transport from Pisa. Great bathroom and shower and very comfortable beds. Restaurant a bit expensive but there's a good little pizzeria/restaurant just along the road. All in all, a really nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast too.

The kindness of reception staff was away. Room refrigerator very good for tea or coffee not suitable for other drinks. But the hotel was a real 4 stars and the breakfast very good in quantity, quality and freshness of products.

Clean recently built. Nice terrace. Situated at the end of the outside section of the city. Not much to do/see in the direct neighbourhood, but fine as a sleeping place when visiting Pisa

We have booked twice. De first room (403/404) was perfect. De second time we came (room 310/311) was less beautifull. We thought that we had booked the same room. But on the internet you cannot see that. Your breakfast was super!!

Hotel was very easy to find following signposts from the airport. Its out in the commercial area but only 7 euros by taxi to the centre. The rooms were modern styling with more than enough light and mirrors for my wife to do her makeup! bathroom is a wetroom walkin shower. We even spent an hour on loungers on the sun terrace and in the funkey sofas in the garden before dinner. The food in the restaraunt was..well excellet! the set menu for 40euros was very good value. Would we stay again? yes we would.

Modern intruguing decor....TV set into long mirror on the bedroom wall.....lights sensitive to movement in the bathroom...not altogether successful as when doing teeth or makeup the lights go out...needs fine tuning...grass on the outside public area upstairs... neat touch... although at the front of the hotel a wear poatch is already hapening... needs a big mat outside the door for the first steps. We would definitely stay again

This is a very modern hotel. Our room was very comfortable and clean, I would be pleased to stay there again. Reception staff were very inefficent on our arrival, replacement staff the following morning were more efficent. Breakfast was just ok but this is the case with most hotels in Italy.

Hotel employees were friendly and willing to help. The room did not smell very good when we arrived. The hotel is far away from downtown attractions.
