the hotel was nice but the staff was highly unfriendly and rude. from my bank we were informed that the hotel was prepaid and the man at the reception was speaking poor english and was very unpolite and rude. the hotel did not even provide luggage room and we were forced to leave our baggage in the corridor

Very unpleasant staff. The hotel is well located, that's all... No lift - it can be a problem if you have a room at the third floor. The hotel was invaded by mosquitos !

This Hotel is literally 5 mins walk to the leaning tower! close to some restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly (some could not speak much English - but were as helpful as they could...) The room was fine - very clean and our air conditioning worked fine. I would recommend this Hotel for anyone going to Pisa who wants a conmfortable base that's clean and convenient. If you are used to 5 star luxury - maybe it's not for you!

Not bella italia..Small functional hotel close to tower and cathederal. No lift and no help to carry bags. we used it for early-flight stopover. Some rooms no air cond..looks slightly tired and seedy but serves its purpose. Not really good value for whats on offer but useful for earley flight access.
