We stayed in a Grand Pool Villa at Malisa in April 2009 for our honeymoon. We loved the suite, it was newly decorated and was exactly what we were after. The indoor/outdoor area was luxurious and very private. The resort was lovely. Having breakfast in our room cooked for us was an added nice touch and was fantastic. Recommend the couples hot stone massage at the resort - it was pure bliss and much cheaper than Australia (I have inquired since as it was so good) - $80 each for 90 mins.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the lodgings are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the lodgings not later than noon. However, late check-out (until 2 p.m. only) can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

Parking is included in the price.
Limousine service to the airport costs Baht 1,200 (approx. €27,00) plus taxes per way, while minivan service costs Baht 1,500 (approx €34,00) plus taxes per way.
Wireless Internet access is included in the price.
Cots are available free of charge for children under 2 years of age.
Children under 6 years stay free of charge in existing bedding.
Children aged 6-12 years are charged Baht 800.00 (approx €17,46) per night and per meal.
Children over 12 years and adult are charged Baht 1600,00 (approx €35,00) per night for extra beds (maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1).
Breakfast is included in all except Room Only rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 14 to 8 days before the date of arrival between 1 Nov 07 - 20 Dec
07 and 11 Jan 08 - 30 Apr 08, one night will be charged.
Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival or no-show between 1 Nov 07 - 20 Dec 07
and 11 Jan 08 - 30 Apr 08, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellations at least 30 days before the date of arrival 21 Dec 07 and 10 Jan
08 are free of charge. For late cancellations or no-shows, the total amount
of the booking will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
