Very new and clean. Staff was very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. You can't beat the price. Rooms like these would cost over 500 dollars/night in US or Europe and we paid only 4,000 BHAT/night (~100 USD/night). Plus there were no hassles or charges for bringing guests back to hotel. I have stayed at several places in Patong Beach and you won't find a nicer place. Highly recommend for all travelers to Patong....

Very hi tech equipments, spacious living room and balcony. However not very friendly for children. The sliding door and main door is unsafe for children/infants.
