I stayed at Amari Coral Beach in September 2008 for 4 nights. Overall, I was pleased with my stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the restaurants and public areas are nice and the food is excellent. It is a welcoming quiet space from the buzz of Patong, even though it is very close from it. My only complaint is about the Superior rooms where I stayed. The Superior Rooms need a little bit of freshen up and are a bit small. The Executive rooms seem to be much nicer and be rather new, although I did not actually walk into any of them and I am only judging from passing by the actual building where these rooms are located. The gym is also very basic. I did not try the Spa but it looked very nice. Do not miss the jetty if you stay there, it is easy to miss it because it is located at the back of the hotel and you may think it is not part of the resort.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after midday.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Children under 12 years of age can stay for free in their parents' room, although breakfast will be charged at 50% of the adult charge.
Baby cots are complimentary.
Airport transfers from/to Phuket Airport are not included and cost US$ 21.00 per person.

No show - 50% of full duration charge.
