I booked this hotel independently and could not have made a better choice. My friend and I had a brilliant holiday and could not have asked for more. We intend going back in a couple of years and will definitely be staying here again. The staff were really nice and attentive. Nothing was too much bother for them.

nice hotel with qualified staff. we were offered a free shower room after check out and half of day spent on the beach. rooms are clean and well decorated, the territiry of the hotel is nice. 10 minutes walk from the beach, but quiet far from discos and amusement facilities (7-10 min by taxi). would love to stay in Deevana during next visit to Phuket

Great Hotel!!! Its a five min walk to the beach and about a ten min walk from the main bar street. I would stay there again.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.
