The hotel is managed by the Olioso family. they are very kind and helpful people and Wonderful hosts that did everything to please our time. The daughter of the family, Sylvia, check the weather forecast for us every day, it helped us a lot. The hotel (the public areas and our room) are very pleasant, very clean and intimate . The food is Delicious (we ate breakfast only). Although the hotel is not located directly on Lake Garda (Located within 5-10 minutes by car from the lake), the pleasant hotel and the warm attitude compensated for it very much. We definitely go back to it if we will be in this region in Italy in the future. We recommend this hotel very much.

It was very good that reception personnel waited us for late check-in. We stayed only one night and think that hotel was very good for overnighting but for longer stay location next to highway maybe not as good although we did not hear any highway noise.

c'était parfait mais nous avons eu des problèmes pour trouver l'endroit car notre gps n'indiquait pas le bon côté de la rue. Il serait peut-être judicieux d'indiquer dans votre adresse: à côté de l'églie: Madonna del Frassino, ainsi, nos amis les gps pourraient trouver facilement ;O). Merci beaucoup pour tout ! C'était tip top !

Although others complain about highway noise, we found that keeping windows shut helped a lot. Roosters were fun to hear, though! People here were very helpful and accomodating (we extended out stay and had a room available for that)..and though it is not right in town, is easily accessible. Breakfast was sumptuous..would stay here again if in the area.
