The hotel was nicer than expected. Everything from the check-in, the room, the simple but pleasant breakfast, the hotel's panoramic location were great. The personnel in the hotel were friendly too. I traveled to the University in Chieti which only took 12 minutes each way from the hotel. I will stay here again when in the area. The gym was perched at the top of the hotel with big window views of the sea. Nice!

Nice hotel for Italian older people. With a pretty small garden with a cheap plastic swimming pool. The room was well, only a bad shower. And the wellness is not for hotel guests free. The hotel is also reasonable far from the beach. We do not return, not even if we were old.

a bit hard to find (lies on top of a Hill), excellent price/quality relationship (I paid 49.- for single room), same commodity like 4 star Hotels of today.

How to reach Parc Hotel Villa Immacolata

By car
From Rome (A25 highway) and from Ancona (A14 highway): exit at Pescara Ovest-Chieti and take the Asse Attrezzato road towards Pescara. Continue along for about 10 km/6 miles and turn right when you see the sign for Foggia. Get onto the Pescara ring road and follow first the sign for Pescara Sud and afterwards the one for San Silvestro. Pass under the bridge and continue going straight along until you get to the roundabout and after 50 metres/55 yards turn right into the Strada comunale di San Silvestro street. Continue along for about 4 km/2 miles until you see the Parc Hotel Villa Immacolata on your right.
From Bari (A14 highway): exit at Pescara Sud-Francavilla and then turn left following the road sign to Pescara. At the roundabout, take the second exit towards Pescara. After the tunnel turn right and follow the signs for Chieti. After the third roundabout turn right towards San Silvestro. Continue for 4 km until you come to a junction and after 300 metres/330 yards you will see the Parc Hotel Villa Immacolata.
