Double room on the 4floor with a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. The traffic noise is loud but we could have shut the windows and turned on air conditioning instead. The breakfast of pastries, meats, fruits and cheeses was excellent. The best cappuccino I've had so far also nice and hot.

What a view from the balcony of the sea! A most restful stay. Wish we had been able to stay longer, but this was just one night during a 17-day stay in Italy, and the next day, it was on to Todi!
