Hotel Reviews Vittoria

I stayed for two nights in the spring, out of season. The hotel is very close to the sea but doesn't have a completely clear view because of another, more modern hotel squashed between it and the shore. I had a beautiful room with a view over the pool, the park and the sea. Service was charming. It was unseasonably cold and it wasn't until the second day they put some heating on but there was a wonderfully romantic open fire in the main reception area. Evening meals in the restaurant twice(too cold to explore further!): one - OK; the other quite good. Very pleasant atmosphere, well positioned for sea and centre and has lots of traditional glamour.

It's been years since we've checked into a hotel and had them express astonishment that somehow they had reserved a room for two men with only one bed. Other than that the stay was flawless as it has been in the past. Front desk and dining room staff were all very friendly and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel.

This is our 3rd stay and everything was tip top as usual. The only negative thing about this Hotel is that with the price you pay I would expect breakfast to be included,it was in all our other 6 hotels.

Excellent hotel. A little expensive side, but it is lovely to stay. A restaurant was handy, too.

i was pleased with our deluxe double room; a very spacious room that could easily be called a junior suite in many properties. the room could be improved by an addition of a table of some sort--there was certainly enough space for it. service of the front desk staff and the porter were also excellent. the restaurant food was great also. one of the wait staff at the restaurant who delivered our room service dinner was very efficient and cordial; however, another wait staff at breakfast was not as competent and had less than cordial manners. also some of the breakfast items (eggs, bacon) were not replenished even though there was a good 40 minutes before they closed.

Great hotel by the beach! We loved the location--right by the beach but not in the midst of the crowded Pesaro hotel scene--easy walk to the old town and restaurants, lovely views. The hotel was lovely and the pool was an added bonus. The hotel staff wasn't particularly friendly or helpful, in fact, they were decidedly unhelpful. But the hotel was great other than that. Very clean. The showers, with whirlpool and jets were the fanciest and nicest we encountered in Italy. This hotel was a splurge but it made Pesaro very special and I would go back to this hotel again if I can afford to do it. Pesaro has a lovely old town and the beach is great. You need to pay for a good spot with an umbrella and negotiate the rate and location. Be prepared for that. My kids consider Pesaro one of the highlights of the trip--nothing fancy--just a great beach town with lots to do and enjoy.

We stayed in Hotel Vittoria for one night and it was a beautiful, classic hotel. Our triple room was gorgeous and the staff were all very helpful and polite. Our only disappointment was that they didn't have anymore nights available as we would have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel especially after staying in another in the same area that was more expensive and couldn't even compare to Vittoria in terms of cleanliness and standards. Beautiful!

This Hotel cannot be faulted - this was our second stay and everything was just perfect.

Best value for the money on my whole trip; very spacious rooms, cooperative staff, located virtually on the beach. Wish all of my accommodations had been as good as these. Recommend highly and will go back.

Great hotel. Pity breakfast was not included in price. Hotel dinner a bit disappointing.

Excellent room in great location only a few minutes from the sea. Central but just off the main strip - perfect location. Car parking a bit scarce but we managed and didn't need to move it for our 3 night stay. Good dinner on hotel terrace - but I'd skip the breakfast at additional €13 pp

Good front of house service. Poor restaurant service - some staff refused to acknowledge we were a family of six and were very reluctant to anticipate and reorganise breakfast table and seating accordingly and only when asked. Overall didn't feel families were welcome.

We stayed 4 nights in the first week of July. For price/quality this is probably the best value in Pesaro. Our friends stayed in similarly priced hotels which are not nice at all.

This is a small fairly upscale hotel just steps away from the beach in Pesaro. We found the staff to be helpful, but a bit formal for our taste. We were there in early October and the area was devoid of tourists. The one disappointment was that they closed the restaurant one night because there weren't enough guests. Although we found the hotel price to be extremely reasonable for the quality and service, the extras i.e. room service, mini bar, restaurant etc. were very expensive. Unless you like spending $8 for a 4 ounce soda stay out of the minibar. With that said we still recommend this hotel and think that our experience would be much different during summer as the whole area seems to be geared for the summer traveler. However if you really want to get away from the crowds and not see another tourist for several days this is the place and time for you. If you are going to spend time in Le Marche there is plenty to see, but take a drive to see the Furlo Gorge and the Frassasi Caves.

Stayed for 1 night but would have liked to stay longer, the hotel was lovely and the room was very spacious. The staff were helpful and the hotel was in a good location close to restaurants. As we were only stopping over on route to Venice we did not get much chance to explore te surrounding area but I would like to go back to see more and would definately stay in the Vittoria.

The Vittoria is an excellent hotel on the sea front at Pesaro. We will definitely use the hotel again. The hotel and rooms are well appointed and the staff are courteous and friendly. As is common with many hotels in Italy, the restuarant was closed for the winter, but we were offered dinner at their sister hotel. However with so many good restaurants in Pesaro, we took the opportunity to explore and get good food at the same time. Can sincerely recommend this hotel

This was the best room we have ever stayed in. Such luxury.

I cannot speak highly enough about the Hotel Vittoria and its staff. In every instance that I requested their assistance they went the extra mile to provide it. We arrived late on Friday with an urgent need for clean laundry. They made special arrangements with their supplier to pick it up and deliver clean on Saturday. When we arrived we were given a choice of rooms; we selected a very spacious room that might be described as a small suite with a skylight in a very modern, large bathroom. The only possible negative is that the buffet breakfast is, at best, average and not included in the price although at €13 is very reasonable.

Comfortable, gracious hotel limited only by its situation squeezed between two ugly, tall buildings. Excellent value for money if you don't want a view.

This was the best value for accomodations that we experienced in our three week trip through Italy and Croatia. The hotel is well situated across the promenade from the beach, and on a plaza that seems to be the center of activity. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with antiques and fine furniture, and the double room we had was exceptional. The bathroom was larger than our master bathroom at home. They have a nice restaurant, but there are also very many choices near by. Pesaro has a wonderful central beach area and this hotel is right in the middle. They have their own beach where you can sit under an umbrella, or lounge next to their pool if you prefer.

The hotel is very elegant and in a lovely location but this same quality made it a little cold. The service was efficent and did their job well but did not go out of their way to be helpful.

Thank you venere. We had a fantastic stay in the Hotel Vittoria. It was very good value for money and the hotel was lovely and right by the beach. Only down side was that breakfast was not included. But having a jacuzzi bath more than made up for that. I would highly recommend this hotel

I loved this hotel and hope to stay there again. My room (actually a suite) looked just like the photos on the web page and was very clean and elegantly furnished. The public spaces are also beautiful and elegant. The breakfasts (not included in the room rate) were also very delicious with a wide range of selections. This hotel is a jewel in a seaside setting.

While the Vittoria is a very elegant hotel, we were looking for more of a resort. When we arrived the pool was broken, which was a great disappointment for us. The beach is not as close as we though it would be by looking at the pictures on the website. I would never go back there although the food was fabulous.

An outstanding stay in a lovely place! The day staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. The wait staff in the restaurant was as well. We were a bit disappointed with the dinner meal. Although good, we were expecting exceptional. Perhaps the next time.

The Vittoria is a lovely hotel justs steps from the sea. There are also many restaurants in walking distance and a circle park area right outside the hotel where there were live concerts the two nights we stayed at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and we had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning time in Pesaro.

The staff were very courteous and helpful and the standard of service high. The brochure was out of date and omitted to show the new adjacent hotel which partially blocked the sea view

Great shame about the 60s hotels built in front of the older hotels. Price seemed high for time of year and given that most hotels were closed.
