Nous devions sejourner à l'hotel Savoy mais en raison de travaux nous avons été dirigé à l'hotel Alexander en bord de plage. Superbe surprise Hotel veritable exposition de tableaux toutes les chambres sont decorees par des artistes différents. Tres bon accueil chambre avec vue sur mer et parasols . Excellent sejour bon rapport qualité Prix

The Hotel is very good and on the whole lives up to its reputation. The after opera buffer was disappionting and in that respect was over priced. The swimming pool is small and in the shade most of the day and is very shallow as it is on the first floor.

This hotel was a gem. We knew it was by the shore area but had no idea we were as close as we were. What a lovely place to stay. We only wish we had alloted more time to Pesaro and the surrounding area. We did not find a lot about it in our travel guides beforehand but would definitely return if the opportunity presented.

Al Savoy non sanno cosa sia un hotel a 4 stelle. All'arrivo non si muovono dalla reception e ci indicano semplicemente l'ascensore. In una giornata di pioggia non hanno un ombrello da prestarci. La stanza non viene rassettata tutte le sere e il primo giorno il bagno viene pulito sommariamente (nell'angolino rimangono tre capelli lunghi, disgustoso). Il personale in reception è decisamente poco portato per un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico (ad eccezione dell'ultimo turno serale/notturno). La colazione, che non saprei dirvi com'è, costa 11 Euro a persona, noi, al bar che fa angolo con il mare e la via dell'hotel, ne abbiamo spesi 6,20 in due, giornale compreso! Per quanto riguarda il servizio di cortesia non ci sono neanche le ciabattine di spugna (l'ultima volta le abbiamo trovate anche in un 3 stelle). In definitiva Pesaro è piena di alberghi, sceglietene un altro.

We were pleasantly surprised when a bowl of fruit and plate of cookies were brought to the room for us. The breakfast and coffee were very good, but priced too high at 11 euro per person.

The stay was overshadowed by the smallness of the room which was incommensurate with the hefty rate. Otherwise the hotel was o.k. Another great nuisance was the requirement to make first a downpayment and then another prepayment of the remainder, both of which were not clearly specified on venere.com and are not adequate for a hotel of this category. It was festival time, but still.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé de devoir payer le solde avant l'arrivée: àquoi sert l'acompte et le numéro de carte bleue donné en garantie . Le prix du petit déjeuner (13 euros) ne correspond pas à celui indiqué par Venere (11 euros)

It is difficult to find the hotel, so it would be good if you provide some guidance when visitors come with the car. Also, you have a garage, but it is very small and it would be good to tell your future visitor if they need to book in advance if garage is needed.

We have stayed at the Savoy, Pesaro now for two years in a row, and we plan to go back every year! It is so close to perfect beaches, wonderful seaside restaurants, high class Pesaro shopping areas and only 10 minutes walk to the main Piazza.

We loved the town of Pesaro and the hotel was pleasantly situated between the beach and the historic center. The decor of the hotel is dated, but very clean and comfortable.

This was our return visit to Pesaro and the Hotel Savoy and we were as pleased as the first time. The location is perfect in terms of light shopping, going into the Old Town with its pedestrian-only streets AND especially with close access to the beach and good seafood restaurants.

Complimenti per il Servizio! Mentre ero in viaggio, ho ricevuto una telefonata con cui venivo avvisato che vi erano problemi nell'hotel prenotato. Mi hanno messo a disposizione un albergo di categoria superiore (Vittoria) per lo stesso prezzo.

We spent three nights. Very confortable and without big problems. The price by Venere discount (237euro for 3 nights) was correct. The max value is 100euro for one night for a double room. Near good restaurant Donn'Amelia. Bye.

To be honest it is beyond belief how this hotel has attained four star status. The location is ideal however this was the only positive relating to this tired dated property. On occassions we would return to our room to find that the cleaners clearly thought nothing of smoking whilst going about their business leaving a very stong smell of cigarette smoke in our room. Given that we are both non smokers this didn't go down too well. At one stage I entered the shower only to discover that there was no hot water,which upon a phone call to reception was resolved within 15 minutes however hardly the the type of problem you would expect to encounter in a hotel of this class. Our room was small, dark and noisy due to the tiled floors highlighting any movement on the floor above. Not sure if it was the drains but lets just say the bathroom didn't smell too fresh either! Overall the hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. My advice to anyone requiring a hotel in Pesaro is to consider the property's with three star ratings before considering this hotel. Don't make the same mistake as us and base your selection on the four star rating otherwise you'll be very disappointed.

A little disappointed in finding out that breakfast (colazione) was not included in the price quoted and that internet service was not available -- but overall everything else was fine.

aria condizionata rumorosa come un aereo, bagno microscopico, arredamento povero. Se la camera che mi hanno dato e' di un quattro stelle io sono Napoleone. Si sono salvati con la colazione che comunque ho pagato a parte e non poco. very little bathroom, noise air conditioning, poor furniture. my room wasn't a four star room.

I loved the hotel. I stayed there with a friend who I was traveling with and we had the best time. The hotel is located near the beach and they even have a changing room available there for guests. The rooms were clean and spacious- we even had two balconies. The pool at the hotel was also nice for when we didn't want to go to the beach. Overall I was very pleased and would like to stay there again.

NICE HOTEL, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. WE GOT IT ON A DISCOUNT FOR MAY SO WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE VALUE FOR MONEY. THE SWIMMING POOL IS DISAPPOINTING - IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED OUT WHEN WE WERE THERE ADN IS LITTLE MORE THAN A BIG PADDLING POOL.

We were there on the off season, so parking was free on the street. Friendly staff who spoke English. The optional fixed price dinner is a real deal. Walking distance to seashore and downtown. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Very pleased with Venere service and with Hotel Savoy. What I saw on the Venere site was exactly what I got, and the price was good value.

Our room was clean and tidy, and represented excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, spoke good English and were very helpful on more than one occasion during our stay. We would definitely return to this hotel.
