This is the third time I've stayed and as ever it was lovely. The staff are helpful and the luxury of a pool in Pesaro is welcome. It's also very close to Il castiglione and Donn'Amalia, two very good affordable restaurants, serving great food. Will likely stay here next year again, for the Rossini Festival

Ok hotel. A little bit crowded outside. The family rooms (two room) have no balcony. Good restaurants on the pir just outside the hotel.

The location is very good and typically Italian Adriatic. It's right on the beach and adjacent to several nice beach side restaurants and bars. We booked the hotel after viewing the Trip Advisor review and it was what we expected. Reception spoke reasonable English so no problem there. Room was very big with sea view and nice bathroom. Towels changed daily and sheets every other day. Aircon in the room was switched on when requested at reception and worked pretty well though the thermostat on the wall was pretty useless. Breakfast was adequate at best but okay with fresh pastries cakes and croissants. If you’re after a super quality pool and sun bathing holiday then don't go here, it’s a swimmers pool not a splasher’s family pool and it has no children’s pool area. We didn’t choose it for a pool holiday and I suggest that if that's what you want then don't stay here. If you want a nice base to stay with reasonable facilities then it’s recommended. We didn’t try the restaurant at lunch or in the evening but it looked okay. We preferred to use the local restaurants and bars which are just great value and very friendly. There is a access to a private beach which you can pay for (typical Italy) and parking is available in an underground garage at €8 per day. You can park on the street with a card provided by reception in the car window for free; finding a space may be a bit of a lottery but we were lucky. If you love Italy you’ll love Pesaro and if you like seafood then this is heaven. The town itself is 10 minutes walk away and a major surprise if you’ve never been. It’s a beautiful place with nice bars, restaurants and fantastic shops. Great place to explore the surrounding areas and Urbino is brilliant. The B&B rate I thought was a little on the high side (€118 per couple per night via Venere.com) but having checked everywhere else out in Pesaro, it seems like the going rate. Not the best place in the world, but reasonable and clean with

It was quite a walk from the railway station to the Perticare, but there we were met by an enthusiastic receptionist who gave ua a very warm welcome. We were given a spacious, lovely room in delicate colours, with a view over the sea from the balcony. There were endless beaches and a lovely promenade and an interesting Old City Centre-

Good choice of breakfast - much better than average. Very quiet in vicinity at the end of March when we visited - the hotel had a mix of professional business users and a few tourists. The hotel receptionists were exceptionally sociable and helpful in Italian.

The meals were generous and the service good. Staff were obliging when asked to call a taxi from the hotel to the rail/bus station, which is a long walk from the hotel. A fascinating place which deserved more than 2 days attention.

We were only in Pesaro for 2 nights and it was out of season (end of September 08) We were delighted with the location of the hotel - right on the sea front and only a short walk to the historic town centre. We ate in the restaurant both nights for convenience, given the stormy weather - it was very good value. We used the hotels' free bikes which enabled us to tour the extremities of the city - the town is very cycle friendly and mostly flat. Our short stay didn't give us time to take advantage of all that the hotel offered, but I would definitely recommend it. Our room was large, with a very large bathroom and we were made to feel very welcome. It suited us perfectly for a quiet couple of days to relax, I'm sure the atmosphere is very different in the height of the season as the hotel is probably equally suited to families with young children.

This was a special treat on my rail journey round Italy - a night in a posher hotel than I normally allow myself and right by the sea! It was lovely - definitely the best out of the 8 I stayed in on my journey. I had a balcony and from my bed I watched the sun rise over the Adriatic. The shower was so lovely that I used it three times during the short time I was there! I had dinner in the restaurant and can highly recommend it - delicious food and fantastic, highly professional service. The pool was lovely and I took full advantage of it during the short time I was there. I also used a bike (included in the price) and rode along the sea-front. I haven't given it a high rating for quietness but this had nothing to do with the hotel - it was the Fair of St Nicola (I think) and there was all kinds of music and activity across the whole area going on into the night. My only slight negative is that the lady on the desk, though pleasant, could have been more helpful; when I got to the room there seemed to be no power and when I went to ask she told me that one of the keys was for sticking in the wall to turn the power on. Maybe this should have been obvious to me but it wasn't and I think she should have explained it at first. Also I had to ask for a key to the wall safe, I think she should have offered that as well. This really is a very small quibble - I had a very memorable and delightful though brief stay!

Amazingly for a single, my room was large and blessed with a spacious balcony with sea view, table and chairs and a discreet rail for drying clothes. The position must be one of the best in Pesaro, almost on the beach, yet only a few minutes' walk from the central square.

The only bad thing was the kind of bread at the breakfyst buffet that is uneatable for non italians - sembra essere più carta che pane: conviene cambiare i panini di questo tipo per panini normali e magari uno o due tipi in più....

One of the most spacious hotels we stayed in in Italy. Immaculate and the bed was better than most. No English-speaking television channels unless you purchased them on the pay per view, for which there were no instructions. WiFi was a plus. No half board or full board unless you booked three or more nights, but the free breakfast was the best I had in Italy. Very pleasant place to stay. Very family oriented.

We arrived late and had been travelling all day via train. We went to the hotels restaurant and the food was expensive and not very good. But the next day, we went to the restaurant right on the pier in front of the hotel and ate there everyday for the next 4 days. The staff was great, the food was fabulous, the view is incredible and it's a 30 second walk back to the hotel. Go to the restaurant, when looking at the water its on the left, because there are two there. As for Pesaro, loved it. The people are so friendly. We got lost one day and an old man went out of his way to walk us to where we wanted to go, even though we had a map. The only problem with the hotel was you can hear the noise from the restaurants and street. Being there is May, the pool was open but too cold to swim and it looked like a place that would be alot of fun if the weather was warmer. But we still had a great time!!!! And the shopping in this town wasn't bad either!!!

We stayed at Hotel Perticari in late October 07, after a few days in Rome. This is a great hotel, about 10 minutes walk with a suitcase from the railway station. It is right on the seafront, and every room has a good sized balcony looking out onto the sea. We were really impressed to find that our quad room was actually a mini-apartment made up of 2 double rooms and a bathroom. The bathroom had a luxurious power shower with body jets. Because we were travelling off season, the room was a bargain price, but staff were just as attentive as if we were paying full whack. Breakfast is served in the dining room (and outside by the pool in summer I believe), by white gloved waiters, and consisted of a good selection of home made fruit yoghurts, pastries, cakes, cheese, ham and breads, served with jams and honey. Hotel is well situated for strolling into the town centre, which is well served with cafes and restaurants.

El precio del email de la reserva 58 euros por noche no correspondia con el precio de la reserva que tenia el hotel 116 euros por noche, el trato del personal del hotel fue muy desconsiderado
