Hello! This hotel is indeed nice, clean and hospitable. The swimming pool is a real plus for both children & adults in the summer. The restaurant serves very decent meals, at rates as good as any town-restaurant (some of the wines are expensive, but very good if you can afford it). The only inconvenience is the location - somewhat 3 miles from Perouse and difficult to find. When coming from the north, follow Rome and get of the highway when you see the sign Balanzano – nothing else. The proximity to the highway is however an advantage when it comes to visiting. The quality/price ratio is good, even if the hotel is not exactly cheap (but then which 3* hotel in Italy is cheap?). Ils parlent aussi francais à la reception. Have a nice stay.

Despite being located between a railway and autostrada, the hotel was quiet. Staff were helpful but the location map wasn't very clear. Fortunately, it can be seen from the autostrada.

There was a door between our room and the neighbours room. So, we could unterstand every word they were saying.

The hotel is between the railway and the motorway. Very noisy! Air conditioned is turned on only after 6 p.m.(why?), but in my room it didn't work. So we had to keep the window open: very noisy!
