Breakfast not scarce but little assorted (only sweet things). Desayuno poco varido (sólo dulces)

Clean and confortable room suitable for short period of time and low budget travellers. Excellent breakfast included in the price, with different kinds of cakes. Simple to reach. Very interesting surroundings.

The hotel has a very spacious room and a very clean private bathroom. I have no doubt to return to Tirrenus. The staff was very kind and helped us in everything we needed including the instructions about how to pay a ticket we had gotten in Assisi. The location is good for people traveling by car.

An excellent choice when visiting Perugia and the surrounding area.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. Such a comfortable bed, which was a relief after a long flight to Italy. All the people at the reception desk were especially helpful, and they even treated us to breakfast the next morning though we had paid the "bed only" price. It's a little far from town, so perhaps not the best choice for someone without a car (not a problem for us), but other than that, we have no complaints.

My wife had a cast on her foot, so I requested an easily-accessible room. As soon as I presented myself at the reception, they recognized me as the person who had made the special request and showed me to a room on ground floor. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to the detail. Thank you.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful on my arrival and when I checked out. They gave me a free copy of the guide to Perugia and Assisi when they learned I had lost or mislaid my guidebook. The choice at breakfast was very good and the room represented good value for money.

A comfortable hotel, good value for the cost. Hotel is located in a quiet area. An excellent location for exploring Umbria by car - Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto and other places all within an easy drive. It was somewhat of a challenge, initially, to find the hotel - Montebello or Route 317 are not well signposted on the expressways, and the roads in the area seemed like spaghetti. We should have had a much more detailed map. Once we got a feel for the area we were fine. The hotel staff were very helpful with Umbrian maps and advice for sightseeing. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice including apple and chocolate torts. I know I would not get away eating those at home for breakfast. The restaurant shown on the website was not open during our 5 day stay. There is only one other restaurant within walking distance (and a takeout pizza place accross the road). Otherwise it seems that one must go into Perugia (15 minutes by car),or go to Pointe San Giovanni (10 minutes by car) to find other restaurants. The Macavogcia restaurant on Via Manzoni (the main street)in Pointe San Giovanni was very good.

Ich kannte das Hotel Tirrenus von einem früheren Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge in Umbrien, Perugia nicht weit weg für abendliche Streifzüge durch die Stadt.

Everything was ok. Nice room, welcoming people. Would be perfect if the hotel has a real restaurant.

Un hotel muy tranquilo y con un servicio muy adecuado, el personal ademas muy servicial y atento. Esta bastante lejos de la zona centrica de la ciudad por lo que es obligatorio contar con un vehiculo para moverse y un buen mapa ya que el camino de salida desde el centro de Perugia no es sencillo. Todo lo demas OK.

I was give a bigger room which was great but unfortunately it was on the groundfloor next to reception (sharing a wall) and so as soon as the office openend in the morning the noise wake me up systematically

Siamo stati molto bene in questo delizioso hotel. Il prezzo è onesto per camere accoglienti e tranquille. la prima colazione compresa è davvero sfiziosa. Abbiamo trovato crostate fatte in casa. Unico neo, non c'è ristorante, ma ve ne è uno a 50 mteri (si fanno a piedi) ottimo davvero. PROVO ANCHE IN INGLESE: Very nice hotell, good position, no restaurant in but one very near. The rooms are very welcoming and cheap. Try this hotel and begin a mail sharing with me about hotels all over the world. Thank you !
