Hotel Relais San Clemente - Bosco, Perugia

I was very pleasant and relaxed to spend few days at the Relais. Little disappointed about the Restaurant : too noisy and crowded; for guest without children there should be a reserved and possibly separated space. Service at the restaurant was however quite good.

The hotel is easily reached by local train (20 min ride) as the station is 50 meters from the hotel! Take train to station Ramazzani from Perugia Santa Ana (next to Piazza de Partisani) Last train from Perugia SA leaves at 19:40.

Our stay was just for 1 night but we had chance to experience an unforgettable place. Very close to Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio. Personnel was very friendly and professional. It offers many occasions when you can get an excellent quality at a veru affordable price.

Only 20Kms from Assisi. Very Comfortable and peaceful hotel surrounded by breathtaking gardens and landscape. All type of facilities (swimming-pool, tennis, minigolf, church, etc.)Excellent breakfast buffet. Restort with a lot of history dating back to the 11th century. Spanish Paradores-like atmosphere. It's and ideal place to unwind and enjoy open sapaces.

Great location for visiting Perugia, Assisi, and Gubbio. Staff, especially Francisco, were very friendly and helpful. Would love to return in the summer months when we can take advantage of the swimming pool and tennis courts. Restaurant and breakfasts were wonderful.

Great hotel, constructed in an old Monastery. Clean and quiet rooms, abundant breakfast and a very helpful staff. The Relais San Clemente has a free parking lot since it's very hard to arrive there without a car (about 15km frm the center of Perugia, measured with my gps).

we spent 15 days in Italy and that was the best hotel with the best price !beautiful surroundings ; very relaxing. We skipped Perugia and went to Gubbio instead ; austere town, famous for its pottery. The buffet style dinner was not cheap but worth it.

A beautiful place and excellent service. Confusion in the booking however, when we arrived they told us we booked the "classic" room a much smaller and simpler room than the photos. We upgraded for 20 extra euros. Dinner and breakfast was great!

The hotel is far from city center. Your own vehicle is very recommended otherwise you could not go any places and got stuck in the hotel.

Truly beautiful facility, peaceful, large grounds. Great to read, or swim, play a game of ping pong or pool. Food was excellent, staff so nice! Only issue in the spring one needs to check if air conditioning has been turned on, it hadn't so we had to leave windows open and then bugs got in. Otherwise perfect setting would go back.

The real problem was the noise, ay night people chatting very late in the cortyard without the Staff saying anything and the barking and yelping of a buch of dogs half an hour before dawn, very little quiet time left in between

I came for an holiday with my man who found the Relais address through Internet and decided for an alternative place, instead of the usual Hotels. It has been a jump in the past and a wonderful experience. Beautiful venue, very relaxing among so many trees and grasses for people like us who live in a big city. We already suggested it to a lot of friends who asked for the details and address.

Amazing wonderful B and B, which could match any 3 or even 4 stars hotel. Marvelous garden,adorned by a large swimming pool providing a bar, tennis courts, elegant trees; The rooms are thoroughly cleaned, and air-conditioned, the Breakfast is complete We , unfortunately,got not enough time for testing the restaurant. The perfect location for visiting around Umbria, specially Perugia and Assise, so close.An advice, drive along the little but good road winding to Gubbio, at sunset.Unforgettable The only little drawback:the Hotel's entrance on the road is less than conspicuous, specially at night.Certainly easy to fix.

Unreservedly recommended. Will go back.

Very nice quiet hotel in a beautiful garden.The train to Perugia by the hotel is something very special.The meals at the restaurant are very nice but expensive.

The hotel catered more to a business clientele than to the tourist. The onsite train to Perugia was very convenient. However, the staff could have provided better direction regarding the return trip.

excellent hotel . la seule difficulté se situe au niveau de la recherche de l'hotel. Il faudrait améliorer la carte de situation de l'hotel sur internet. Nous avons mis deux heures avant de le trouver. Mais, nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cet hotel et de la gentillesse du personnel

The room was large and had a wonderful view on the garden. We have been less pleased with the meals (breakfast and dinner), not bad however.

The room was large, beautifully appointed and kept spotless. The hotel grounds are a peaceful oasis and it is very easy to get by car from the hotel to all the tourist destinations. The train to Perugia from the grounds was very useful. Consider half board as there did not seem to be any other restaurants within easy reach
