The hotel is conveniently located and the facility itself very nice with a good breakfast buffet offering. My complaint mainly is that it was described as having air conditioning and not all the rooms are. I did not find the staff on duty when we checked in very informative nor accomodating in any way. In fact they engaged rather coldly. Perhaps it was a function of the particular staff on duty and not pervasive of the hotel. My question concerning the air conditioning was handled very matter of factly without any offer of resolution.
