Amazing stay with some of the most attentive and personal service I have ever experienced. Unbelievable value for money. Can't wait to go back. Location is fantastic, very close to a beautiful beach. Thanks to Spiro and his wife for making our stay the most enjoyable we have had in Europe!

Zorzis is run by Spiros and Hiroko and they have made it a marvelous place. Attention to the details is a key mark on it. Cozy place, carefully prepared breakfast, gorgeouos decoration and kindness of the friendly couple is a hallmark of Santorini.

Spiros is, quite simply, the best. He can't get to sleep unless everyone is home. A little sip of red wine becomes a tradition after two nights. The price was right, the rooms were clean, the A/C was awesome. You will brush your teeth and shower with brackish water, but its an island so get over yourself. Location = perfect. Great place to stay.

Spiros was very helpful with orientation, transportation, local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast is simple, but fresh fruit abundant.

Located on the main road into town and approx. 230m from beachfront. It's a 20min. cab ride to the airport. Buses are every 30 minutes to other towns on the island. We were there off season (October) and probably 90% of the town was shut down so rather quiet. Consequently, not many bars/restaurants were open. The hotel has a great pool and beautiful garden area. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was simple but fresh and adequate. In season it looks like it could be a happening place but for us it was very quiet.

Fantastic hotel. Spiros is a great host. So helpful and generous. It is quite a long way from the main town of Fira, so if you are looking for somewhere very close to the beach and at a slower pace, then this is perfect. Great breakfast! Wireless.

We had a great stay at Hotel Zorzis, and Spiros and his staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming.

First time to Santorini - will definitely return. Spyros is a wonderful host and has a first class establishment here. Perfect. Pool area spotlessly clean and more than enough beds to go round. You will be made more than welcome. Good restaurants along beachfront and good bars near hotel (Bobs Bar immediately next door is ideal). Bus stop for getting round island right on doorstep - cheap travel. Water taxi from far end of beach will take you round mountain to Kamari. Overall we had a wonderfully relaxing time.

Spyros was an excellent host. Place was all freshly painted and spotless. Well away from bigger towns but bus stop outside was very convenient. Spyros referred us to local restaurants a short walk away which were all excellent and much better value than in busier tourist towns. Good breakfast.

The "captain" of the house is very friendly and help you for anything. I'll come back at that place. Good location also. Nice restaurant "cyclades" nearby .

Good location,clean and reasonable size rooms, warm welcome and good guidance for tour,in totality very good value for money. Provision of extra towels for swimming pool and any hot snack in brekfast will make it great stay.

Stay here...it's the best place on the whole island near the best beach on the whole island. It all comes down to the super friendly owner Spiros who'll try his best to make your stay memorable.

I highly recommend Hotel Zorzis to anyone visiting Santorini. It's a really cute, spotlessly clean place with excellent service. Spiros is a wonderfully delightful host who went out of his way to make our vacation enjoyable. Great value for the money. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Spiros is your best friend in Perissa. Like he says "This is no Hilton, you know, I want you to feel at home!" The hotel is brand new and he is the nicest guy. We were his first guests from Brazil!
