We liked this Hotel! The people who worked there that we came into contact with, the entertainment and the food were very good. We disliked the lack of privacy as there were no net curtain, also you could say that the sound carried a bit at night! Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and area- it was wonderful to see the castle flood lit at night. We will go back and would like to thank all the staff who made our stay so pleasant

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. on the selected arrival date; thus cancellations made prior will not be subject to a cancellation fee. Guests who fail to cancel or do “not show” on the selected arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay to the credit card provided (up to a maximum of 60 €). Some reservations may be charge a 20% deposit to the credit card provided, if this occurs guests will be informed by e-mail.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
